My wife and I booked a non-smoking room for one night. When we first opened the door that night, we could definitely smell cigarette smoke. We didn't smell it on the sheets so we decided we wouldn't complain about it and just get up the next morning and get a shower to get the smell off of us. When we got up the next morning, there was no water to take a shower or brush our teeth let alone flush the toilet. Found out from the front desk that a water main had burst overnight and they wouldn't have water restored until lunchtime which was past our checkout time. When we went to checkout, I asked her would there be at least a partial refund. We were told that since we booked through *******, that we would have to take it up with them. What kind of answer is that? Will now take it up with ******* and see if that helps. Super disappointed. Do not stay here.
