"Wow!! This beautiful hotel totally exceeded our expectations! We were having some issues with a third-party booking agent and the desk clerk Derek did an outstanding job of helping us through the challenges. Every aspect of the hotel is first class! The decor is beautiful. The room was fantastic and they offer many nice touches like a wine reception, upscale toiletries and comfortable robes and the sheets were very soft.  The hotel manager, Anna was extremely friendly, professional, and accommodating. If you are looking for a hotel in the downtown Asheville area, you will love this hotel! We have stayed at many nice hotels over the years, and this hotel is definitely an A+."

"The room was pretty good, but the window air conditioner was noisy at night and a bit cold when it was turned off. The bathroom is very spacious, but the sink is a bit small and water easily splashes out. The floor of the shower room is non-slip and wear-resistant, which is good."
