"The hotel is in a good location, but the experience was horrible; the man didn't know which room I had booked and gave me a random one that looked nothing like the photo on the app. Some of the towels were dirty, they had tangled hair on them, and it was disgusting. I found small cockroaches crawling around the room, and the shower curtains were literally lying on the floor, they were only attached by three eyelets, and every time the shower was used, water would pool in the bathtub. The "included breakfast" consisted of granola, instant oatmeal, and "coffee" that looked more like water than coffee, it was horrible. There was a no-smoking policy, yet people were smoking cigarettes outside, and the smell drifted right into the room."
