"Fijn hotel met goeie service. Erg sympathieke staf. Stonden steeds voor je klaar met raad en daad. Schone kamer, alles netjes. Jammer dat op naastgelegen balkons gerookt mag worden, dat trok naar mijn kamer. Groot zwembad met voldoende bedjes. De overtrekken werden steeds gewassen. Het bad werd steeds gereinigd."

"We were very disappointed with our recent 1 night stay at this hotel. We booked a classic room promising personal concierge service, early/late check in, and welcome treat. The initial receptionist ( lady with long dark hair) was lovely and helpful and promised our room would be ready for 1pm -- we had to wait until nearly 2pm for the room. We didnt receive a welcome treat (or was that meant to be the 'welcome drink' that we did get) and we saw no sign of our personal concierge. The room was comfortable enough - it was small though and the balcony was tiny (although it had a lovely view over the main town square). There was no hairdryer in the room -- we mentioned this to reception and the male receptionist was a bit offhand and advised we ahould have called him and he would have made a hairdryer available ---- well the cleaner should have checked that the room had the hairdryer in the allocated wardrobe drawer before declaring that the room was ready for us! We were disappointed that there was no coffee/tea making facilities in the room -- although to be fair the availability of these facilities was not included in the room description. The safety deposit box was completely out of reach on top of the built in wardrobe -- useless......I mentioned this to the male receptionist, who suggested we should 'climb' (presumably using the single cfhair in the room) to get access!). Not wonderful health and safety!!! There were 3 steps by the main entrance to the hotel - this made it difficult for anybody with large suitcases......there appeared to be no 'accessible' hotel entrance. Breakfast was just about acceptable -- usual half cold bacon, cocktail sausages and eggs in buffet style and continental choices (cold meats, cheese etc). Nice pastries and the coffee was remarkably good coming from a machine! All in all -- disappointing for the money we paid. This was our second visit to this hotel --- we probably would stay there again if only for its location in Argostoli."

"We zijn net thuis na een prachtige 7 nachten bij ‘Casally’ in een zwemkamer. Van het moment dat u aankomt, behandelt het personeel u als royalty, een welkom cocktail en ijswater voor een snelle tour van het hotel. De kleine fitnessruimte en de binnenruimte zijn een fantastische aanvulling op het werk uit het ongelooflijke voedsel. We hadden eerdere beoordelingen gezien over de kwaliteit van het ontbijt, maar het overtrof mijn verwachtingen. Verse koffie gemaakt om te bestellen, eieren gekokt op 10 manieren, vers gemalen vruchtensap. Een breed scala van brood, pasta, verse vruchten, yoghurt, cakes, granen, lokale honing en een warme buffetselectie. Het ontbijt wordt geleid door de onbeleefde gastheer Dmitri, die probeert en je het hotel een zware steen te laten verlaten, maar al het personeel is ongelooflijk oppassend, om te drinken wanneer je glas bijna leeg is. Het receptieteam is altijd op het spel om advies of tips te bieden over waar te bezoeken of te eten en een verlaten geschenk bij het check-out was een smaak. Ik kan dit hotel niet genoeg aanbevelen. Het is ongetwijfeld een van de beste boutique hotels die we hebben gehad en een geweldige basis voor het zien van schildpadden in hun natuurlijke omgeving een korte wandeling op de promenade"

"We didn’t go in June 24, we have stayed here & times over th3 years, such memories, we spent our honeymoon here, making a good friend of the original owner Jerry, then later with Jerry, Jenny and little Jerry. , we had some amazing times here and thanks to Jerry for being a good and funny friend, thanks to Makis who gave me a bottle of water when I came over to find out what was happening ( he must have thought me crazy turning up , middle of the day covered is sweat! We’re finally getting back to the island next year. Looking forward to walking back up the hill under the stars from town. Hope they have got rid of Jerrys automatic pool cleaner as you couldn’t go near when he was cleaning it.anyway, for those who know it’s a perfect place"

"I had a great stay at this nice boutique hotel. Nice room with a balcony and appreciated all the little surprises in the room and the free mini bar. Breakfast is above and beyond with a lot of food. Location is a short walk out of the main areas, no issues with parking although Google Maps takes you a bit of an odd way here and I found an easier way on my own. I didn't talk to the hosts too much. Would definitely recommend."

"We boekten 11 nachten via Booking. Bij aankomst was de kamer klein, de airco werkte niet en de wifi ook niet. We waren echt teleurgesteld over de kamer en het was de $ 2500 die we betaald hadden niet waard. We belden Booking om te proberen een terugbetaling te krijgen, en ze stuurden een e-mail naar de accommodatie. We spraken met de manager, Panagioti, en kwamen tot een overeenkomst dat we één nacht zouden blijven (omdat het laat was) en de rest terugbetaald zouden krijgen. De volgende ochtend checkten we voor 10.00 uur uit, denkend dat alles in orde was... Het is nu meer dan twee maanden geleden en we hebben ons geld nog steeds niet terug. Het hotel is inmiddels van gedachten veranderd en wil geen terugbetaling meer doen. We zijn alleen vertrokken omdat de manager, Panagioti, ons SPECIFIEK had verteld dat hij de terugbetaling zou doen. Het is echt jammer, want mijn familie komt uit Kefalonia en zo behandeld worden is enorm teleurstellend."

"We loved our 1 night stay on our first night in Kefalonia. I chose the apartment due to the views and wasn’t disappointed. We expected that we would walk down into Argostoli town for dinner but decided to eat at the onsite restaurant and we were so glad we did as the food was superb. We particularly loved the ceviche and the burrata and peach salad. Definitely recommend. Breakfast on the terrace the following morning was lovely too. Would definitely come again and would love to stay longer"

"Op dit moment in de Norma suite op Twelve Suites, is het absoluut fantastisch om te blijven, mooi gepresenteerd, comfortabele bedden, uitstekende A/C volledig uitgeruste keuken, groot tv, goede WiFi. En het beste wat het personeel niet kan genoeg voor u doen. Locatie is perfecte lading van mooie restaurants op uw deur. Ladingen van gratis parkeergelegenheid net tegenover. Sorry is alleen maar dat we hier een langere verblijf hadden geboekt. Bedankt Twelve Suites voor een mooie verblijf en maakt ons zo welkom. Dit is zeker een vijfsterrenplek om te blijven."
