"It was the 3rd time we were there and for us it is the best Inatel in the country: comfortable, welcoming, has the right number of rooms, located in a beautiful place, the staff are extremely friendly, available and professional. We felt at home. The meals are excellent, both in quantity and quality. Employees replace it whenever requested. Suggestion for improvement: refresh the bathrooms and bedrooms, as there is some mold and cracks, obviously due to the age of the building. I hope to go back there again!"

"Several negative points to mention: Poorly sanitized indoor pool, cold water, no staff providing any support; towels are provided by the reception located on the third floor, with the Spa on the first, bathrobes provided upon payment of €5.00; Restaurant staff not qualified at all, although friendly; Weak breakfast, and around 10am they don't make any replacements; Uncomfortable child's extra bed with a thin mattress on which the platform feels; In the end there was no concern from the receptionist to know how the stay went...
