"The hotel is very conveniently located some 100 Meters outside the old city. This has the advantage that the car may be parked a very short walk away on a public parking. The hotel is in a newly and completly refurbished old building. We had a standard room which was very large, traditionally, but nicely decorated. Excellent bed, quite at night. what was a little strange is that a large bathtub was standing in room and also was seerved as the visual divider to the washbasin (so virtually no protection); the toilet was separate, though. Staff is professional, but quite unpersonal. It has to be mentioned that value for money is such a touristic place is extraordinary."

"Starting from the assumption that I was neither checked in nor checked out, therefore they did not register my presence in the structure... the whole stay (fortunately short) was horrendous. The door to the room had a rickety lock, so anyone could get in with a little force. The window seemed practically open from the cold drafts coming in... and the sheets were full of strange fluff. We don't really talk about breakfast... all hard and inedible, I was reduced to bread, butter and jam and even that was disgusting. Second day we opted for the closest bar which I highly recommend (the sweet side). Old hotel, indifferent staff. Don't go there. Point."

It's important to note that the hotel is located right next to the railway tracks, and trains pass 20 meters from the window, 1-2-3 per hour. When they pass, it's very noisy, but the rest of the time, the atmosphere is calm, even relaxing."

"Voor de overgang naar Arezzo hebben we slechts één nacht verbleven in dit mooie landhuis in het groen. Positieve zijden zijn zeker de rustige en huiselijke sfeer, buiten de dagelijkse chaos. Brede, maar een beetje gedateerd en niet geluidsvrij. Ik raad u aan om mini koelkast in de kamer, die ik nu als essentieel in elke faciliteit, en het verbeteren van de set van de badkamer courtoisie. Goede ontbijt, met zoete en zout producten. Goede eigenaars."
