"I cannot begin to express my gratitude to Joan and Paul. The love they’ve put into this beautiful place is beyond me! Helpful, kind and so accommodating! We arrived late and Paul went out of his way to take us to get some snacks etc as we didn’t have time but he managed to assist us and went completely out of his way to do this. This place feels wholesome, homely, healthy, clean and kind all in one. Stunning to wake up to the beautiful sunset. Fresh clean sheets. Paul is an amazing cook, whatever you feel like he will whip it up and it’s always made with so much love! They have made our experience a beautiful one, I wish I stayed there for my whole two weeks because as soon as I stepped in the Tanoa, I regretted being there. I wish I got to say goodbye. I really hope I return with my husband and baby. Just so I can see Joan and Paul again. When I returned home, I showed family and friends their YouTube videos that I had just found myself and watching and learning so much for about the beautiful plantation… I just couldn’t help talk everyone’s ears off about the stay we had with them at beautiful Ifiele’ele Plantation. "I am here with my family (10) Arrived after an early morning flight. Lolita was extremely welcoming and arranged breakfast for us all then we wrote off the morning with a catchup sleep. The view from the balconies is astounding and the tranquillity and peace is what we needed just after the craziness of packing and leaving home and all its responsibilities. We tripped around the area nearby as my father was from Aleisa. I now understand him and his ways so much better. Dave Parker Eco Lodge isn't fancy, it's had its hey day ... but it is quaint and tidy and for me ... perfectly Samoan! I loved my stay here. The service ... was so accommodating, helpful, kind and respectfully cute! We were cooked for and served by all young men. Very traditional and very lovely experience. Loved the cultural food on the menu!! This place has been great and any first time visitors to Samoa need this plantation feel experience! We are off now to a beachside resort which are common here, but you can't beat being up in the hills! "

"Such a lovely place to stay in Apia. It was relaxed, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The rooms were spotless, the beds really comfy, and the pool was the perfect place to cool off, often with no one else around. The kids loved it. Reception staff were super friendly and welcoming, making the whole experience easy and enjoyable. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with plenty of fresh fruit, cereals, and made-to-order eggs. We’d happily come back for another stay."

"Elaine, who is the property manager, was very kind and helpful. I was here for six days & nights, and it was the most relaxed, comfortable air-conditioned place. The entry to the estate has a beautiful island garden that is maintained on a daily basis. The attached photo is from the front porch.
