We were compelled to make a last-minute upgrade to a superior double room, incurring an additional cost of £100. To our surprise, we were also burdened with a tourist tax of £65, of which we had not been previously informed. Disappointingly, the room did not live up to its ”superior” label and bore little resemblance to the images depicted on the website. In fact, the room, as well as the overall condition of the establishment, appeared worn-out and somewhat haphazard, with visible cracks beginning to emerge. While the food provided was acceptable and plentiful, the options for vegans and vegetarians were limited. Leftover dinner often doubled as the following day's lunch or breakfast, and while the salad selection and fruit were satisfactory, there were occasional days when the offerings fell short. Situated amidst serene mountains, the location offered a tranquil and relaxing atmosphere. However, exploring the surrounding areas without a car proved challenging. Although a shuttle bus service was available, it only accommodated a maximum of eight people, leading to overcrowding and competition for seats. Despite our attempts to queue patiently, it seemed that others were unfamiliar with this British custom. To make matters more inconvenient, the shuttle service ceased operations at 5 pm, leaving no alternative transportation options besides the hotel-provided taxis. These taxis charged a hefty €20 for a mere five-minute journey, resulting in substantial expenses if one wished to venture out once a day. In total, our taxi costs would have amounted to approximately €300 per f we went out every evening. While the all-inclusive package offered the convenience of staying within the hotel premises, the limited choices available at the small onsite market, including the absence of alternative milk options and accommodations for lactose-intolerant guests, necessitated a trip into town as the hotel did not provide milk alternatives which seems crazy… All things considered, our holiday experience was pleasant, albeit with certain drawbacks. Given the price we paid, £1300, which increased to nearly £1400 due to the tax, for a week of all-inclusive amenities, it can be argued that we received what we paid for.

Easy to get to from the airport, we just hopped on the #6 city bus, and there is a bus stop right in front of the property. City busses are clean,and cheap, I think it was about 5€ or so, and takes about 35 mins. Check in was really smooth. The place is spotless, customer service is very good, they upgraded us to a small bungalow right next to the beach. We were taken by golf cart which was nice. Accommodation was clean, and new, nice bed, decent bathroom, it's a little small, but has a shower, no tub. Really nice deck area to have coffee and listen to the ocean. The room has a small fridge, a safe, decent closet space, a small couch, queen sized bed, large TV, and great wifi. Actually wifi was available everywhere on site. We opted for the breakfast package, which was actually very nice. Buffet style, but literally dozens of options. Fresh fruits, breads, cheeses, yogurts, cereals, many many hot dishes, you will not go hungry. We also had one formal sit down fancy dinner which was also very nice. We didn't really use any of the on-site facilities, but we did hang out at the pool for a few hours one day. Even though it seems like there was a lot of people there were still a lot of loungers available. Pool looked really nice, only a few people used it. Beach area also has loungers and umbrella for free use. Really nice sandy and shallow beach, great for kids, but it does get windy, so keep that in mind. Impressive amount of smokers manage to keep a steady supply of cigarette butts in the sand at all beaches we visited. Kind of gross, but this seems like a European thing? Can't say we have seen this in other places. I would easily reco.mend this place due to the fact that it was really clean, food was nice, easy to get to, lots of off site dining, gift shopping, bakeries, grocery stores, and car rental places within a 10 minute walk.
