Dach van de wasruimte was gedeeltelijk bedekt met alleen net dat ik een beetje veiligheidsprobleem voel. Behalve dat het een goede verblijf is, kunt u letterlijk het strand vanuit uw kamer zien."

"Kamers zijn netjes, schoon en de douche is een ervaring op zich. Het lijkt alsof je buiten bent met alle bamboe palen erom heen. Er is van alles in het resort. Bediening personeel is heel vriendelijk, de personeel balie en eigenlijk alle werknemers en staan je steeds bij als je iets nodig hebt met een glimlach. Ontbijtbuffet is heel uitgebreid met Kerala's smaaktreffers. Ik zou hier graag weer terug komen als het mogelijk is. We hebben wel veel regen ervaren door de cycloon dat moment heerste Maar we hebben ondanks dat heel erg genoten. Een prachtige plek waar de resortcomplex staat met backwaters uitzicht en mooie planten en bloemen erom heen."

"Klassevol resort met mooie cottages, gelegen in een schitterende omgeving. Dit is onze eerste ervaring in India, en wij waarderen dit resort met een AAA+++! Iedereen is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het is ook fijn dat de cottages de nodige privacy bieden. De buitendouche is echt onovertroffen in dit klimaat. Alles wordt perfect onderhouden, zowel de huisjes als de omgeving. Er is zelfs een vlindertuin en een orchideeëntuin. Roomservice is beschikbaar en je kan zelf koffie/thee maken op de kamer. Er is ook een yogamatje, een strandmatje en een badjas voorzien. Ik heb een ayurvedische massage laten doen met warme olie, ik voelde me als herboren. Bedankt aan iedereen die van deze vakantie een topper gemaakt heeft! "

The rooms open into the backwaters, which feels like staying in a houseboat. The breakfast buffet spread is huge & tastes great. The wonderful staff. Would love to visit here again."

"I recently stayed at Time Square Hotel and had a mostly enjoyable experience. From the moment I checked in, I was impressed by the helpfulness of the staff. They were attentive and went out of their way to ensure my comfort and convenience throughout my stay. The room itself was lovely – clean, spacious, well-appointed, and comfortable, offering a wonderful retreat after a day of exploring the city. It was evident that the hotel takes great pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Breakfast at the hotel was reasonable, with a decent selection of items that catered to different tastes. While it wasn't the most extensive buffet I've encountered, the quality of the food was good, and it provided a solid start to the day. However, my stay wasn't without its issues. The most persistent problem was the constant cold calls from the hotel's spa. Receiving these calls almost daily became quite bothersome. It's something the hotel management might want to reconsider or at least provide guests with the option to opt out of such communications. Additionally, there was an unfortunate incident with one of the staff members who berated me for not informing them in advance that I would be missing the buffet breakfast on one occasion. This abruptness was surprising and not in line with the otherwise excellent service standard set by the rest of the team. In summary, my stay at Time Square Hotel was delightful on many fronts, with commendable staff, lovely accommodations, and reasonable dining options. However, the spa's marketing tactics and the isolated incident with a staff member did mar the overall experience slightly. I hope the hotel takes this feedback into consideration to ensure an even more pleasant and seamless experience for future guests"

"We stayed for 5 nights at the end of a trip crossing India from Chennai to Kochi and had a lovely time. The level of service was excellent (with a special mention for Nicy at reception) - there was a genuinely friendly atmosphere. While service was 5 star, 3.5 stars for the rest is about right - there were some property maintenance issues and no alcohol licence. We preferred not to eat at their restaurant - there are plenty of beach options for grilled 'catch of the day' and beer served incognito in a teapot. Can definitely recommend."

Greeta is a good cook; she make delicious breakfast and big portions, we enjoyed that very much. The room is very clean. The beach is within walking distance and the most beautiful beach we have seen so far in India. When we are in Alleppey again we will definitely come back!"

Breakfast was delicious and substantial with an array of fresh fruit , omelette and Indian breakfast. Very filling and much appreciated to start the day. Very clean and air con room and ample communal lounge areas to use. Having a kettle and tea/coffee/ water station was much appreciated. Offered fruit and cake on arrival was a lovely touch. Biju also arranged a number of trips for guests though we had no time to experience, other guests gave excellent reports. Highly recommend you try this homestay in Alleppey."

"This is the second visit for me at paloma. The property is conveniently located near the highway and faces a lake. The lake view rooms offer uninterrupted views and a great sunset. The rooms are spacious and well maintained. The staff is courteous and room service is good too. The food, unfortunately, was not up to the mark as per last time."
