For a place that hosts around 100 guests, having just one toaster during breakfast creates long queues and delays, which affects the overall experience. Another area that needs improvement is the choice of dining ware — serving hot meals in paper plates that bend or collapse makes it quite inconvenient to carry or eat food comfortably. Switching to sturdy, reusable plates (like stainless steel or good-quality melamine) would make a big difference in guest comfort and environmental impact. Additionally, a few more functional upgrades — like adding a couple of tea/coffee counters, providing proper hand-washing stations near the dining area — would really elevate the overall stay. With a bit more attention to these practical aspects, this place has great potential to become a top getaway destination in Bhandardara."

"The bellboys who helped with our luggage were polite and helpful. The game room was also not good. Unfortunately, that’s the only highlight. The rest of the stay was disappointing. Both receptionists were highly unprofessional with terrible communication skills. Basic courtesy was missing. Terrible hospitality. They seemed totally unqualified for the post provided. I booked the Classic Suite Room, but it felt more like a budget lodge. There is no designated parking area, no valet and no security guard( ie around 2pm when I checked in). That being said, when I did meet two of the security guards, they were polite and bid us farewell. According to its booking website, I was supposed to receive a welcome drink, which I didn’t receive. Forget about the drink – there wasn’t even a proper welcoming. Well I don’t know about Maharashtra but generally I receive a call from the hotel before check-in to confirm my whereabouts, but there was no such call from this hotel. Overall, it was disappointing and definitely wasn’t worth the price. washroom wall style is broken wc very dirty yellow yellow spot... ex."

"We booked a nonac room and when we went there, upgraded it to ac room. When we went it, the toilet had water leakage problem. The toilet ventilator had one glass missing. When we asked them about it, they just dismissed it saying it’s ok - we had to stuff a towel so it’s not visible to outside folks. We’ve asked them multiple times to give us hand-washing liquid but never got it. The only advantage of this place is that it’s about 400m from the temple. As for food at the hotel’s restaurant, it’s below average. However there are multiple options in walking distance - so we never really bothered about that"
