The lighting was amazing and set an amazing ambiance. Downstairs each morning was self-serve coffee and grab and go muffins. I would 100% stay here again."

"Sep 11 - Sep 13 Confirmed ＜ Trip. The 1st room a/c smell like urine..i told the front desk...they changed my room. The second room..the tv did not work after the clerk tried to fix it. I told the manager to just allot me 15k points. For having to change rooms 2 xs as she was going to change room again. She then got upset and told me nothing was smelling in the room. I told her i do not appreciate being gaslight especially since i have to change rooms again. She then went on to state about comments i made to a guest about her people. This was upsetting to me because I do not know anyone there. I DID NOT speak to any guests while there. At this point i told her to give me a refund so i can leave. She said she does not have my money to contact trip.com for my refund because i am trespassing. I had to call the police to escort me to remove my items from the hotel as she began to huff and puff and make up lies."

Niet ontbijt krijgen omdat het gesloten op 9AM...the bed is vrij zacht en het is zeer vergelijkbaar met Holiday Inn Express in setup ..."
