"My partner and I have stayed at the Dekelia 5 times now, for about 26 nights in total. It's become our home from home when we're visiting family in the area and I love everything about the place. George and his team on the pool bar, George on reception, and all the hotel team are wonderful people. The hotel is in a quiet, peaceful location, with plenty of parking for all the guests. The bedrooms all have balconies and excellent power showers. It's silly to look forward to a particular bed, but I love the Dekelia's Coco-Mat beds and bed toppers. I'm guaranteed to sleep so well here. We always look forward to the varied breakfast, then relax with a coffee on the huge terrace overlooking the pool...and what a pool! We've stayed at many hotels with huge fancy pools, but this one is our favourite. Everything is kept spotlessly clean, the music isn't too loud, the pool bar is well stocked, and it just 'feels' right. The ambience is spot on. Did I mention how wonderful George and his team are? I probably did... : )"

"I had a double room with my boyfriend and my mom had a seperate room with her friend. Our room was definitely not 4 stars as stated. When toilet was flushed it would leak onto to the floor. Ceiling was unfinished just wooden beams and a big hole above where they left it unfinished. From this you could hear the elevator moving up and down and clanging all the time as we were next to the lift and it located in that hole i’ll insert a photo of what i mean by hole. Also because of that the room next door when they used their bathroom we could hear it really clearly as if they were in our room. TV in the room but not working. Mini fridge also included which was working so that was good but in my moms room their mini fridge was warm. Air conditioning in the room was working and was great. In my moms room also when taking a shower the water would go down the drain and rise from another drain in the bathroom located across from the bath and flood the bathroom floor. The bed was a nice big size i would say a queen bed it was comfortable enough since we spent all day walking everyday but no mattress protector or anything under the sheets and we’re given a sheet as a duvet. Also they ask you to leave your key every time u leave the hotel i’m assuming so the room can be cleaned but we stayed for 5 days and it wasn’t cleaned once. Frequently water would turn off also and wouldn’t be able to shower but no explanation given or warning. Breakfast was okay just the basics hard boiled eggs, bread, ham and cheese and some yogurt and cereal selection there was also a coffee machine and orange juice"

"Good value for money: 204 euros for three nights with Booking. Very warm welcome, however not all the receptionists spoke English so sometimes communication was complicated. When we arrived, the receptionist (who seemed to me to be the manager) explained how things worked, gave us maps of the metro and the city as well as a bottle of water. Very pleasant room despite a small problem with water drainage in the toilets and a small bathroom. Very nice and clean bedding, two pillows provided as well as towels, bathrobes, soap, toothbrush and disposable slippers. Very complete to feel welcome. Friendly and decent breakfast for the price (7 euros per person). There was what you needed except perhaps scrambled eggs but that's just a detail. Parking available and free. The location is suitable because the metro is a 5-minute walk away. I could recommend this hotel without the slightest hesitation. The only problem for me was the language barrier at times, especially since the writings are not identical, but with Google trad I managed to get by."
