Je woont in een rustige zakgate. Een auto is noodzakelijk vanwege de locatie. De huizen zijn gelegen in een subtropische tuin, waar ook een onderhouden zwembad is gelegen. Maria beheert de installatie met sprong en vriendelijkheid."

"The villa is beautifully situated, and upon arrival, someone was already waiting for us. The accommodation is clean and a generous welcome package was waiting for us (coffee, tea, beer, wine, and soft drinks). It's a large villa with a garage for 3 to 4 cars. Situated on a dead-end street, it's therefore quiet. On the first floor is a large living room with a matching TV, a fully equipped kitchen, and a utility room with a washing machine. This floor also provides access to the garden with a swimming pool. Here you'll find 4 sun loungers and a dining table with 6 chairs. The second floor has a spacious master bedroom with a view of the volcano and a large bathroom with a bathtub, shower, toilet, and bidet. This also has a view of the volcano. The other two bedrooms are slightly smaller and each have a separate shower and toilet. The Wi-Fi has excellent signal and is fast. We communicate with the owner via WhatsApp. We had a broken outdoor light, and after reporting it through the app, it was fixed the next day. We were here in November, and around 5 p.m. the sun disappeared behind the hedge by the pool. We then moved to the second floor, where there are also garden chairs, and from there you can enjoy a beautiful sunset. We've seen quite a few houses, but this one is truly a gem."

"I read some bad reviews here before booking, so I didn’t expect much. But it met all my expectations and even more! Great, great views, a big and clean room, great kitchen. I read about the free buses but I didn’t hear anything about them here. but it cost only 3.3 euros for two persons to Puerto de la Cruz, and the same amount back again. The buses was scheduled around 1 time every hour and the last bus was around 10-11 PM. It was just 20 minutes to drive. I did not order breakfast but maybe I should have, very nice restaurant here. It was few people and very quiet. Perfect temperature and a lot of sun even in December!! Over 20 C every day. 12 euros for spa and 6 for gym, but that’s okey. Great pool. A store just outside with all the essentials. We got fresh towels everyday and all the essentials were in the room, even shampoo! Very clean hotel. Bus was 1.5 hour from the airport because of traffic. I am very satisfied because it was a very cheap trip and such good standards. I don’t see where all the bad reviews are coming from. Very good value for the price."

"We stayed at Apartment El Teide in April/May 2024. It's a very nice place to stay; we slept very well and the beds were comfortable. The separate dining room is charmingly furnished, and the bathroom is also impressively spacious. The kitchen is functional and has everything you need; only the worktop needs a little renovation, which I hear should be done soon ;) The refrigerator could also be a bit bigger. The terrace is fantastic—very large and leaves nothing to be desired. Guests can use the pool, but the sauna is truly wonderful. We were in it every other day. Klaus was a great host who gave us lots of helpful tips. I can wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation."

"Heerlijk verblijf gehad (10 dagen). Vriendelijke en behulpzame mensen die je van tips voorzien voor bijv restaurants/bezienswaardigheden in de buurt. Mooi, netjes en ruim appartement met o.a. kookplaat, koelkast en combi oventje. Wij hebben 4x zelf gekookt, ging prima. Nadeel was wel dat er geen tussentijdse schoonmaak en handdoekwissel is. Ook buiten was het prachtig, enorme tropische planten en goed onderhouden allemaal. Het zwembad was wel wat aan de frisse kant, maar lekker en schoon, goed toezicht ook. Het zit in een erg rustige buurt, ideaal voor mensen die dat wensen. Er zit een supermarkt, koffietentje en restaurant vlakbij (paar min lopen), op ca 20 min loopafstand het centrum van Santa Ursula met winkels en restaurants. Sterk aanbevolen om een huurauto te nemen, wij zijn een aantal keren naar Puerto de la Cruz geweest, erg leuk stadje voor een uitstapje! Verder is de hoofdstad op ca een half uur rijden en is ook naar de zuidkust prima te doen (vliegveld Tenerife Sur en meer toeristische plaatsen zoals Los Christianos op ca 1u rijden)."

"We had a wonderful stay in this magnificent and magical place. The view is absolutely breathtaking. The welcome was kind and incredibly warm. Everything was provided, and we truly felt at home! The apartments and grounds have been decorated artistically by the owner and are very original; you notice the details of his creations as the days go by. The bathroom has a huge walk-in shower. The bedroom was lovely, with wooden floors and pretty bedspreads, and above all, windows overlooking the sea. Every detail has been carefully considered. We loved it! We recommend it 100%.
