Check in time- I was arrived on Sunday 16:30 pm, but I couldn’t find any staff at the reception and it’s locked, the check in time is start from 15:00, but they off duty on 15:30, just a 30 mins to check in I can say this is funny. 3. Trip.com- the CS even send me the check in time table after I ask how there are no ppl at the reception, and trip.com CS couldn’t contact the hostel, said tomorrow morning only available, this is one of the reason I gave 1 star"
