It was my final day at philippines, as well as me as a guest to them. the staff members ware too much friendly to me, I have a bad habit that I couldn’t sleep at night so I used to seat at the reception area during late night and watch reels and talk with my family, surprisingly they tolerate my noise every night. there was no one at hotel to make noise from 11PM - 5AM during nights, I was the only one. they never get offended on me and they help me in every single way possible 🌚 Thanks for everything.

The hotel was very clean. We booked a room with two queen beds, which was spacious and newly renovated with a minimalist industrial design. The common areas had amenities like a water dispenser and a microwave. Overall, it offered great value for money and is highly recommended.

The staff were friendly. Wi-Fi is only available in the common area (1st floor). The shower, which I guess is normal in the Philippines, was the overhead type and I found it difficult to use as I'm not used to it. The futon was clean. I didn't use the toilet.

This place is awesome. Free water is a bonus. Not the best view out of the window but at least you get fresh air. For 16 dollars there is absolutely no complaining for the value. I will definitely be back again. The staff is super nice as well. They also have a fridge downstairs that people can use.

A very good location in this ugly city. Though it was hard to find it. The room is small, service is good. The girls in the room were very friendly. I tried to use public buses nearby and failed, they didn't stop at the ”bus stop area”, wasted time. So only used metro

The staff is really nice, helpful, and friendly. They try the best to interact with all the people as my observation and try to remember our name as well. The location is good for me as it is under visitors gather point and walk out u can see many visitors as u also easy to find a foods especially to who not really cannot accept local road foods. They also offer free walking tours around the area and explain to u. Opps not to forget the free welcoming drinks. Probably, if they can indicate the name of drinks, it will be much helpful as I do not know, and too hard for me to remember when staff told me during place order. The room i booked is dorm for 4. They do offer me a free lock to lock the locker rather than I need to buy the new one. Highly appreciated. But I found the locker is dirty with maybe detergent , i am not sure, but my bag all has been full with the unknown dirty and I need to use my own one time deal tower to clean it . Really sad. Probably, future staff need to check the locker condition besides the bed. Overall, if u are looking for party night and knowing more new friends, it is good options, but if you prefer a quiet environment, u may need to reconsider.

We were woken up by construction from the unit next door. We complained and they said they'd stop it, but 20 minutes later it was still going on, so we called again and only then did they finally stop. Also, they didn't even provide complimentary water, not even a small bottled water, and we were in a suite room!

It's beautiful, clean, and affordable with plenty of food options nearby, plus there's a coffee shop right next door. Super accessible! The staff are incredibly kind. I loved that the air conditioning was already on when I checked in, which was a huge plus! The bathroom is clean and spacious. Honestly, it deserves all the praise. But, if you plan to use the locker, please bring your own lock as it's not provided. That's all, thank you so much!
