Hostels in Wellington Region, New Zealand

I extended my stay in Room 326 and the 6 electrical wall plugs in the room were not working from 26th December until I checked out on the 28th. The front desk personell worked it out from the main switchboard on the evening of the 26th, but it was out again in the early morning of the 27th. Room lights were working well accept for the power outlets. Unreliable service. I had to lie by the main door to use the corridor electrical wall plugs.

Very friendly staff, super helpful, seem like they really care about the people staying. The bedroom we stayed in was really nice, the bed was super comfy. Would stay again, in fact, we intend to re book soon!

The hostel is good. Beds are really comfortable, with curtains. I was in a 4 bed shared room for one week, it was perfect and I was alone in the room 3 nights ! The kitchen is well equipped, I met some people too. And there is a supermarket right in front of the hostel so it's cool Windows needs to be repaired bc you can't close them completely, some air can still pass and I was right above the ventilation system of a restaurant, so it was noisy because I couldn't close the farm completely (room 614)

Allereerst is de locatie erg gunstig, met voldoende parkeerplaatsen voor de deur en parkeerterreinen in de buurt. Het hotelpersoneel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam, beantwoordt vragen van gasten en biedt de mogelijkheid om geld te wisselen voor de wasmachines en drogers. Het enige minpunt is dat de kamer naast de trapdeur extreem lawaaierig is; iedereen die de kamer in- of uitgaat en de deur sluit, maakt veel lawaai, waardoor de muren zelfs trillen. We verbleven in een kamer met een stapelbed en het was er ongelooflijk lawaaiig, zelfs midden in de nacht waren er nog mensen die in en uit liepen. Als de trapdeur een soft-close systeem had, zouden gasten de deur niet zo hard dichtgooien! De geluidsisolatie van de kamer is ook vrij slecht, waardoor het moeilijk is om goed te slapen. Afgezien daarvan zijn de gemeenschappelijke voorzieningen uitstekend! Ik vond het er erg fijn!

The location is very good as well as the offer of activities. Rooms and amenities are pretty average.

Well situated,staff are polite and helpful. Comfy beds with a T.V to watch toilets and showers very clean......... highly recommend.
