Pros: 1. **Location:** The location is decent. Wanda Plaza is right downstairs, and the subway station is about an 8-minute walk away. 2. **Staff Service:** The staff's service attitude was good. I stayed for three days, and they asked every day if I wanted my room cleaned. Any issues I brought up were addressed promptly. 3. **Atmosphere:** The atmosphere was nice. Guests would sing karaoke and play billiards in the evening. The age range of guests was quite broad, but everyone seemed to get along well. 4. **Laundry Facilities:** The price for washing and drying was reasonable. I remember washing was 4 RMB for 50 minutes, and drying was 1 RMB for 10 minutes, which could be stacked. The dryer worked well; clothes were ready to wear afterward. There were two drying areas, one in the laundry room and another seemingly in the hallway. Cons: 1. **Poor Soundproofing:** The soundproofing was bad. The exhaust fan noise was very loud. Even though my room's fan wasn't on, the noise from other rooms would carry over – it was all luck of the draw. On the first night, it was loud all night long; I could hear it even with earplugs. The staff also started making noise around 7 AM. 2. **Pillows:** The pillows were too high and hard. The filling was also very dispersed from being used for so long, and there was only one type of pillow available. The sleeping experience was only slightly better than a hard sleeper on a green-skin train. People with neck problems should not try these pillows. 3. **Toiletries:** After using the provided toiletries, my hands peeled once they dried. This has never happened to me before. This might vary for individuals, but it's something to be aware of. 4. **Guest Behavior:** The guests were inconsistent. I encountered people who, among other things: didn't flush the toilet, especially in the mornings, which was very unappealing; were loud and inconsiderate after 11 PM; and used the washing machine improperly (e.g., washing socks). 5. **Limited Women's Laundry:** There was only one washing machine and one dryer for women. If you needed to do laundry urgently at night, it really came down to luck.

Hygiene: The cleanliness here is the kind where everything has its designated place. The table is spotless every day, and the bedding has a faint scent of laundry detergent. On sunny days, you can see the owner airing out quilts and sheets outside. There's no cigarette smell or overwhelming air freshener scent inside, and the rooms are frequently aired out, which makes for a pleasant stay. Environment: It's located in the city's scenic area but not right next to it, feeling more like an authentic residential neighborhood. Overall, the surroundings are quite quiet. There are plenty of places to eat and drink just outside, and you can even catch a local market. Shared electric scooters can be ridden directly to the entrance. There are flowers and plants growing at the entrance, giving the impression of a thoughtfully run establishment. The interior is also very cozy; it made a great first impression. Service: The service is absolutely fantastic! This was one of the most satisfying aspects of my trip. The warm and lovely owner, who lives on-site, is very familiar with the city and can offer many 'blind box' surprises – recommendations for food, drinks, and activities that save a lot of hassle. This is incredibly helpful for first-time visitors. They try their best to meet any requests and are also very principled, maintaining order with clear boundaries. There are some small activities in the evenings that you can choose to participate in. Facilities: After staying here, I found that it has everything you need, and everything works. Every item is in a state of 'being used,' not just 'existing.' The curtains provide good blackout; it's not completely dark when closed, so other people turning on lights don't disturb you. The bed guardrail is tall enough. The mattress thickness is standard, and it's neither too soft nor too hard.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, conveniently close to a metro/train station, making transportation incredibly easy. Both the lobby and guest rooms are stylishly minimalist yet grand. The rooms themselves are spacious with a practical layout. The bathroom features a separate wet and dry area, and the hot water supply is consistently good, with quality toiletries provided. The staff were polite and efficient during check-in and check-out. Overall, it was a great experience.

The room was great, and the service was excellent. The location is super convenient, right next to Gulou Square. At night, you can easily walk to Gulou Night Market, and there are many fantastic restaurants nearby. I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely come back again.

Really sweet hostel (Clean, cosy and lovingly furnished), super friendly staff and good vibes! I stayed there sadly just for one night, but we were instant connected and in interesting talkings with the owner, staff and other guests on the sweet balcony - an oasis of plants, smooth light and cosy chairs in the middle of skyscrapers! Will not be my last time to stay there! Greetings from Germany 😏🖖

Facilities: There's a separate women's restroom and shower on the third floor! The hot water is really hot too, so no worries if you're sensitive to cold. Surroundings: Xisi Night Market is right outside, so you can just pop out and stroll around a couple of times to find something to eat. The environment is really nice. Service: The front desk staff are super friendly and everyone is very welcoming. Plus, there are cats!

Happy, the guests are running to Long Live Mountain, everyone has been cured in the atmosphere of Kaifeng, everyone here is kind, the Youth Hostel also sends toothbrushes and slippers for free, it is too conscience, the room is very clean, the cat is very good, my new friend is super, I have a good memory of this trip. Now I will watch the video I took together. I have a sense of parting. I hope Kaifeng will get better and better.

The cleaning facilities are excellent, and the room was spotless. The staff at the front desk were incredibly warm and friendly. Five-star rating from me, I'll definitely come back if I get the chance!

The room is large, clean and hygienic

The environment is good, the location is good, it is close to the subway station, and there are many delicious foods downstairs. You can find such a youth hostel here for just a few dozen yuan. The rooms and beds are very clean, and the daily living facilities are also quite complete. I am very satisfied
