"The hostel has a pretty good location, with a large shopping mall nearby and easy access to amenities. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. The room was clean, and the people I shared it with were super friendly, which made the stay even more enjoyable.
One small downside was the lack of a large locker in the room for luggage – only small lockers were available for personal items. The room also felt a bit cramped. There are free lockers available in the lobby, but you need to bring your own lock.
Overall, I was quite satisfied with my stay and would consider coming back."

"The hotel is located in a busy area and it's noisy all time of the day either it's the people in the streets or the vehicles in the road, so if you want to have a good sleep during your stay I won't recommend this place. Apart from that it would be a good option for it's price"

Guest UserWe had a very pleasant stay here. The hotel looks so chic and the staff are very friendly. You can ask them to borrow a lock for the locker in the room. They provide hairdryer, handsoap, hair shampoo and shower gel as well. My only complaint is that the kitchen is open from 9am-11pm. We normally wake up at 6-7am to have breakfast so this is a bit inconvenient. The area is also quite safe at night. Highly recommend!

rrhcseraThe staff were incredibly friendly! The only downside was the lack of an elevator, but since it's only 4 floors maximum, it wasn't a problem. Getting there from the airport or central station late in the evening was also hassle-free. All the main attractions like Grand Place and Manneken Pis were just a 10-minute walk away. The location is absolutely perfect! Many thanks to the wonderful staff!

However there’s rule, where you can’t enter the room from 12-3pm because of housekeepers cleaning.
So i can’t sleep/rest during those period. Need to get out.

Cynthia BL ChooOverall, the stay was not too bad. If not for some inconveniences, I would have rated this hostel better.
First, the nearest Metro exit was under renovation. As a result, I need to detour quite a fair bit to get into the Metro station. It is ok without luggage, but with luggage, it is much more challenging with cobblestone road.
Second, this is the first hostel which I paid for twin room and was not provided with towel. While my app stated that the towel is included, the receptionist told me that I need to pay to rent the towel. A bit disappointed. Thankfully, I have my own beach towel.

After returning to Luxembourg, I chose to stay here again. This time the twin room is better than the last time, mainly because the layout is more convenient and reasonable.
There is a particularly speechless shortcoming. The water from the shower faucet does not spray around, but is concentrated in one point. It does not reach my body at all and flows along the pipe. In addition, you have to press the water switch every 3 seconds (I don’t know which weird design this is). Taking a shower is more tiring than climbing a mountain. I am in a hurry.

First of all, the location is great — everything you need is nearby and easily walkable. The place was clean and comfortable, and I really appreciated having a private bathroom inside the room. The service was also good and the staff were helpful. Overall, a very pleasant stay in Brussels!

The space is clean and spacious, with separate toilet and shower rooms, which is convenient to use, and a hairdryer is provided. The room also has air conditioning, making for a very comfortable stay. The hostel staff are all friendly and kind. The location is very convenient in the city center, just a few minutes' walk to various attractions, and they offer free luggage storage. The common area is also very comfortable, and each door has a magnetic card sensor, making it very safe. I highly recommend this hostel!
