"一家三口去的，還給升級了房間，房間的衞生和整體設施都不錯，在商場裏面也方便，累了就可以回去休息。最重要一點我想説這家服務人員簡直都太好了，每個服務人員都有求必應，我説房間冷，不厭其煩的給我找暖和的房間，我説不換了還主動問詢是送電暖氣，貼心的給延遲了退房，帶孩子溜達完了還回酒店睡了一覺，簡直太貼心了。前台有個氣質很好的姐姐送我們到的房間，走的時候也幫忙拿袋子裝東西。經常出門，很少評價，見過五星酒店服務好的，這麼貼心的真的很少見，強烈推薦！！！"

"The overall experience at this hotel was fantastic! If you contact them in advance, they can arrange a pickup from the high-speed train station, and the location is convenient for getting around. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was good. The front desk staff, Xiao Gao, was warm and attentive, and check-in was efficient. The hygiene was excellent, the facilities were comprehensive, and it offers great value for money. I would definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit and highly recommend it! ✨"

"Geweldige verblijfservaring, volkomen aanbevolen! De bevolking die deze verblijfplaats heeft overschreden, heeft geen enkele problemen, van milieu tot dienstverlening. Zodra de deur werd geopend, werd de omgeving van de kamer verbaasd. Het was in het algemeen een eenvoudige, geavanceerde decoratieve stijl. De muren van het beeldvormingssysteem waren zeer geschikt voor de kamer. Het licht werd nog meer gehaald door een geweldig groot landingsvenster dat de zon opzettelijk in de kamer liet vallen. De dag was niet nodig om de lichten te openen. Het uitzicht is prachtig. De kamer is ook zeer zorgvuldig ingericht. De projectiebanden en de kast zijn allemaal in overweging genomen. De ruimte is ruime en schoon, er is geen gevoel van verwarring, en het is een warm gevoel van terugkeer naar huis. De grote zachte bedden gingen naar boven en konden zich niet herinneren. De mond was schoon en wit, de huid was gevoeld en ademhalend en slaapde bijzonder dik op de avond. De geothermische effecten in de kamer zijn goed. Zelfs in de winter kan de warme kamertemperatuur worden gehandhaafd. De details van de huisvesting zijn zeer benuttigd. Het blijft in de kamer net als in je eigen huis en ontspannen, zonder een gevoel van vreemdelingenhaat. Het was eenmalig. Het was schoon en comfortabel. Het meest waard is de diensthouding van de zakenman. Van het advies bij het boeken tot de behoeften van de verblijfsduur, de zakenman reageert bijzonder tijdig. Voordat hij verblijft, zal hij zijn specifieke locatie en verblijfsproces geduldig vertellen, en hij herinnert zich intimiteitig aan de plaatsen waar het eten en het spel om zich heen bevindt. Over het algemeen is deze verblijfservaring perfect, het klimaat is goed, het leven is comfortabel, de dienst is warmer, de volgende keer kom je terug naar deze stad en je moet deze familie kiezen!"

"The owner was very helpful in letting me check in and get inside the hostel. We had some kind of language barrier but it was very minor. The place was very clean and everything was working well. Showers were good, washing machine was good, TV was good. Everything was good except the sofa. The pillow cover of pillows on the sofa needed to be washed. I just had one minor problem though--the bed mattress was kind of hard for me. I also stayed in other accommodation (but not a 3-star hotel) and I find that the mattresses overall are kind of hard. Anyway, if I would be asked, will I stay here again? Yes. Definitely!"

"The B&B is located within a resort complex, similar to Aranya. There are plenty of dining options, activities, and small shops. Private cars aren't allowed inside. We added a customer service representative named Lili on WeChat in advance, and communication via WeChat was very convenient. They offered pick-up and drop-off services from the station and the distribution center, and they arranged everything perfectly for us. The North Gate is only a 2-3 minute walk from the hotel. The East Gate is a bit further to walk, but there's a shuttle car available for pick-up and drop-off. The driver, Mr. Zhang, would always chat with us and even helped with our luggage. The place itself is very clean, and tidying was prompt. There was a good variety for breakfast, and after eating, we went straight to Heavenly Lake. The cleaning staff were always friendly and greeted us. When we checked out, we arranged for station drop-off, which was great."

"Highly recommended. Spacious and very clean rooms, with an exceptionally warm and welcoming owner. The overall vibe is amazing—you can really feel the care and effort put into this guesthouse. Nightly fireworks with complimentary sparklers create a wholesome, memorable experience. Great coffee (slightly pricey but worth it) and a complimentary savoury breakfast. Note: food delivery takes about 60–65 minutes, though there are many 24-hour food options and massage parlours within 1km. They also provide you with some small craft art, and a small gift when you check out! Booking comes with free breakfast & a warm nice dessert soup! Appreciate the kind thoughts of the owner. Experience it yourself, won’t regret booking them."

"A hotel that exceeded expectations, absolutely fantastic in every aspect! 🏨Room: Very spacious. I initially booked a king room on the fifth floor with a sloped ceiling, but it didn't affect usability at all. Later, I changed to a twin room with two 1.8-meter beds, large enough for a family with two children. There's no particular view from the window, but when you're here, you're out enjoying the mountains anyway. This place is perfectly comfortable for sleeping. The room is fully equipped with a hairdryer, disposable dental kits, and toiletries. ❇️Facilities: The hotel has five floors and is relatively new. It's not a large hotel and doesn't have a dedicated gym, but there are a few fitness machines available if you want a quick workout. 🌈Service: The service is truly excellent. Any questions are answered promptly, and they offer sound advice. They can even help arrange activities if you want to participate in some. Our flight was significantly delayed, and we didn't arrive until the middle of the night, but they helped us arrange airport pickup and even provided one free transfer to/from the station. 📍Location: From the hotel, it's just a short walk across the main road to the Chixi District Transit Center, making it very convenient to catch a bus to Tianchi in the morning. It's also not far from Wanda Resort by taxi, about a 20-minute drive. I will definitely choose this place again on my next visit. It's hassle-free, convenient, and very comfortable. "

"Such a lovely hotel with hot spring bath!!! so relax after long day and relieve me from Changbaishan north gate close 🥲 It locate at Enduli which is sooooooo cute and good. lot of activities and show this time, also around with good restaurant and stalley. they provide potatoes grill while you have hot spring bath. Breakfast not much but varity enough. noodle is good. Staff very happy to help. they also provide car to send me at Changbaishan railway station. my room can see part of firework. amentities use loccitane that so nice. After book. they immediately add me Wechat and communicate. which is easy for foreigner like me to communicate. Everything process is super fast. all great! love it"

"The room was large and spacious, I really liked the creamy theme, it was very clean and the decor was also very nice. The location was great, upstairs in the Fortune Center. I would definitely choose this place again if I had the chance to come back in the future."
