"Our family of 5 booked the room with an open air bath this January 2025. We definitely enjoyed our stay. The bath was warm and nice despite the windy and cold weather. The room/s were beautiful, the view of Ise Bay (especially at sunset) was spectacular, and the food was great, especially the dinner. The staff were really accommodating and nice, they even helped us book a taxi to the airport after we checked out. For those traveling to Shuku Kaifuu by public transportation, I recommend giving them a call before checking in so they could arrange a pick up service from Utsumi (train) station."

"Located right next to the Ure River, with a nice view from the room. As it has only 5-6 rooms, it is pretty exclusive. You can use their 2 hotspring baths privately for 45mins each time, or you can take a short walk over to their 2 sister hotels for bigger hotspring baths. This is the only hotel in the Hazu Group that serves Medicinal Cuisine. As the hotel seems to be converted from a traditional old house, the stairways can be cramped and not suitable for bringing large suitcases, so just pack a small bag and leave the suitcase downstairs or in the car. Had a relaxing time there."

"Good value with exceptional service We were extremely satisfied with the services and had a delightful experience in that hotel. Our package included room, breakfast and dinner. Due to a minor traffic incident, we were unable to meet our dinner time of 6:00 pm. We contacted the hotel and they kindly accommodated us and provided attentive service. We were deeply touched by their care and consideration. The assistance to report of the traffic incident to the local insurance company was unexpectedly smooth with the help of the staff. The language proficiency of the staff was impressive, as they efficiently resolved language-related issues we faced. Furthermore, the traditional charm of the hotel exceeded our expectations and added to our enjoyment - good value. We will recommend the hotel to others and look forward to visiting again in the future. Special thanks to Ms. Oromo Rie, Mr. Toyama, and the staff responsible for our meals."

"在龍宮酒店的入住體驗實在太棒了！ 首先，酒店的位置非常優越，露天温泉可以一覽大海美景，無論是清晨的朝霞還是傍晚的夕陽，都美得令人屏息。一邊泡湯一邊欣賞海景，簡直就是非日常的極致享受。 房間乾淨整潔、寬敞舒適，日式現代風格讓人感到寧靜放鬆。窗外就是海景，待在房間裏就像在度假天堂，根本不想出門。 晚餐是傳統的懷石料理，每一道菜都精緻講究，使用了大量當地的新鮮食材，既美味又賞心悦目。特別是生魚片和烤物，令人驚艷，非常滿足。 工作人員也非常親切熱情，從辦理入住到退房，始終感受到他們貼心的服務。細緻入微的接待令人非常感動。 這是一家讓人一定會想再來一次的温泉酒店，也非常值得向朋友和家人推薦！"

"お部屋はとても広く、窓からの景色も素晴らしかったです。無料送迎バスがあり、ホテルの目の前にはバス停もあって大変便利でした。スタッフの皆さんも親切で丁寧に対応してくださいました。 気になった点として、部屋に少し独特な匂いがありました。内装材の匂いや清掃用洗剤、芳香剤なのかに感じました。また、テーブルにうっすらと埃がありました。自然豊かな立地のためか、部屋で大きなクモを見かけました。 朝食は品数が少なく、味もごく普通で、魚料理もあまりありません。全体的にビジネスホテルの朝食程度で、*やソーセージが中心でした。近くにコンビニ等もないため、ホテルでの朝食以外の選択肢は少ないです。"
