Betaald en verder prima kamer maar ik kom hier niet meer terug."

BinglvchaThe hotel is close to the central station, the rooms are spacious, and the breakfast is good, with smoked salmon. The service is also excellent; the staff are friendly, and luggage storage is free. I've stayed in hotels for over 20 days while traveling in Europe these past two years, usually choosing three- or four-star hotels since five-star ones are out of my budget. This is the first hotel I've ever seen that provides five items in the bathroom: shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, and body lotion. I was practically moved to tears! Oh, and there's a pair of disposable slippers too, which is a rare treat. Park Plaza Utrecht, you'll be etched in my memory!

Location is top notch, right in the city centre of Utrecht. Check in was smooth. I arrived early and they kept my luggage while i roamed around until the actual check in time. Room was okay as i was alone, but probably can be a bit tight for 2 persons. Nice breakfast spread, wish there are more choices of cereal. i personally love the make-it-yourself waffle! Price a bit steep, but convenient if you need to be in the city.

N.AmiraI had a wonderful stay at Crowne Plaza Utrecht - Central Station by IHG. The location is unbeatable—right next to Utrecht Central Station and within walking distance of the city center, shops, and restaurants. The room was modern, clean, and very comfortable, with excellent soundproofing despite the central location.
The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Check-in was smooth, and the breakfast offered a great variety of fresh and tasty options. I especially appreciated the convenience of being connected to Hoog Catharijne shopping center while still enjoying a quiet and relaxing stay.
I would highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travelers visiting Utrecht and would gladly stay here again.

I stayed here while visiting Utrecht for a rave, and honestly, it was the perfect choice. After an incredible night out, coming back to such a clean, comfortable, and welcoming hotel was absolute bliss. The bed deserves a mention — it was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on! Especially after hours of dancing, it felt like laying in heaven.
The room was spotless, the staff were friendly and professional, and the whole place had a really calm, relaxing vibe. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to recharge after such a great event. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Utrecht — especially if you’re here for a night out and want somewhere peaceful and pristine to crash afterwards!

M I ParamitaThis hotel is far from the city centre, but there’s a bus from Utrecht Central Station (Bus 73). The hotel was cheaper than hotels in the city centre, that’s why we chose this instead, haha. The room style was retro 1980s, but everything is fully functional, so it doesn’t matter to us. The room size was big too, and there’s a bathtub. Breakfast was quite OK, and since it’s not easy to find anything to do in the morning in Holland since most shops and restaurants are still closed before 10 a.m., we just added this last minute for €19.50/pp. Next time, it’s better to book a room with breakfast when staying in Holland. I always forgot this.

Guest UserThe location is good, but the staff at the check-in counter were quite passive. There was no 'good afternoon' or 'enjoy your stay,' and everything was informal 'je' and 'jij' instead of the more polite 'U'.
When I called reception in the evening for a wake-up call, the phone was answered with simply: ”Reception” instead of: ”Good evening, reception, [name], how may I help you?” The wake-up call was then forgotten the next day.
Advice to NH: Train your employees!

KsidsNice, clean hotel in a great location for the train/tram and football stadium. Check in was quick and got a nice g&t welcome drink. Service was quick and the staff were friendly. The room was nice, but the view wasn’t the best. No kettle facilities in the room which is a must for me! However, they serve hot and cold drinks downstairs. The outdoor area on the canal was lovely in the sun! Would definitely stay again.

The hotel offered an overall satisfactory stay. Breakfast was acceptable, with a reasonable selection. The location is a bit far from the city center, which may be inconvenient without transport. The room was fine and met basic expectations. Staff were polite and adequate. A plus point is the availability of a car park, which is convenient for guests with cars.

Guest UserBooked early in the morning for the same day. Parking was important due to traveling in a camper, and it worked out perfectly. The staff were friendly, and there was a particularly helpful and kind lady in the restaurant. The food was excellent. The room was very spacious and tidy. My only minor complaints were the pillows, which were far too soft for me, and an ashtray with cigarette butts outside, which I found unacceptable.
