I absolutely love this place perfect location nice rooms hot water ac friendly staff everything is close by u go to the right there’s stores u go to the left there’s stores with. Great prices there’s lots of food nearby large waiting area. And once u leave they hold ur suitcase for u so u can finish shopping around n when ur ready to leave they help u get a cab I have no complaints

Everything was good about this place. Spacious room, good bathroom and a nice breakfast. All in a very handy location

Lovely hotel in the centre, next to all the tourist places. Been here several times, some rooms are better then other...

No frills, but everything you need--AC, good shower, great location, easy parking and friendly employees. Might want to consider putting a MATTRESS on the couch in the junior suite---without it, the couch is pretty uncomfortable!

Great location for wandering around Col Americana. Beds very comfortable, rooms clean, but no bar fridge and the water pressure for the shower was quite weak.

Clean and tidy spacious rooms, ample hot water in the shower, and strong water pressure—anyone knows these two points are crucial for guests traveling long distances. And the best part is the affordable price. The evening traffic noise outside is tolerable. It would be nice if the room provided napkins instead of having to use toilet paper

清潔でおしゃれな部屋。色のセンスが良い。場所は治安が良さそうなエリア。スタッフ間で無線で連絡しており、対応がとても速くて丁寧。周辺はカフェやレストランも多い。

クリスマスの日に参加するテキーラツアーの集合地に近いということで、２か月前に予約し、前日から泊まりました。しかし、突然、そのツアーが直前に人数が集まらないからと、２３日夜にキャンセルされて途方に暮れていました。でも、今更別のホテルに予約しても、と思うと同時に、ホテルのロビーで相談すれば何とかなるのではと考えて24日に泊まりに行きました、ですが、やはり、クリスマス前日では無理といわれて、何のためにこのホテルに泊まったのかとその時は嘆きました。しかし、8時過ぎにフロントが連絡をくれて、別のテキーラツアーに参加できることになりました。本当に感謝に絶えませんでした。開放的なプールもあり、少し泳ぎましたが、気持ちよかったです。また、フロントから部屋へ行く道は素敵に整備された小径になっていて、気持ちよかったです。
