The room was immaculate, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with a stunning view of Chania. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the attention to detail in cleanliness and design was impressive. Breakfast each morning was a delight, with a wide selection of fresh, delicious options. I would highly recommend Royal Sun hotel to anyone looking for luxury, comfort, and top-notch hospitality.

What a lovely stay in Crete! This hotel is gorgeous and spotless. The Breakfast Buffet was outstanding, and every staff member I encountered during my 3-day stay was smiling and helpful. My Executive seaside room was spacious and well-furnished, and it was a perfect place to recharge on my 3-week journey. It was an easy walk from the port (I arrived with SeaJets), and the public bus to the Palace of Knossos was waiting for me right below the hotel the next day. The concierge gave great advice on places to visit, and called for the (15€!) taxi when it was time to get to the airport. Efharistó, Megaron!

I stayed here with my mom for one night, and we were both very impressed. The value for money was excellent, and the room actually exceeded my expectations—it looked even better in real life than in the photos. We had a beautiful view from the window, and the location was perfect: quiet, yet only a two-minute walk to the beach. Same for bus stop to Chania. The staff were extremely friendly, polite, and helpful, which made us feel very welcome. The room was spotless, as was the bathroom, and it was equipped with everything we needed. It felt more like a small apartment, complete with a kitchen and a spacious balcony where we really enjoyed spending time. We liked it so much that we even wanted to extend our stay, but unfortunately the rooms were already fully booked for our dates. Overall, a wonderful experience and a place I would definitely recommend.

Dit vijfsterrenhotel op Ke Island biedt uitstekende service. Het ontbijt is uitgebreid, met meer fruit dan in andere hotels en grote porties. Ik heb er ook voor gekozen om in het hotel te dineren, wat erg goedkoop was en erg lekker smaakte. Het is een echte aanrader. Er is ook een archeologisch museum vlakbij het hotel, op 3-4 minuten lopen, en er is ook een plein, vlakbij het stadscentrum. Het hotel heeft ook een zwembad en een fitnessruimte in de kelderverdieping. De kamerkaart bevat volledige informatie en u kunt in één oogopslag de openingstijden van diverse restaurants en recreatiefaciliteiten in het hotel zien.

De service van het personeel is erg goed, de faciliteiten en het eten zijn zeer bevredigend. Het enige is dat het hotel op de eerste dag alleen flessenwater verstrekt, maar u kunt dit in de buurt van het hotel kopen. Bovendien biedt het hotel slechts één papieren beker per persoon en is er geen bekervoorraad in de badkamer. Papieren bekers kunnen niet meerdere keren worden gewassen en worden vele dagen niet gebruikt. Vooral de laatste twee dagen wordt er niet meer voorzien in vervanging en moet schoongemaakt worden.

This hotel is very nice and clean, it has a nice pool outside and awesome balcony view. Room was very nice.

A very good hotel. The rooms are beautiful. The girl at the front desk is a true professional—very friendly, sweet, and helpful with everything. Unfortunately, I only stayed for one night. If I had known, I would have stayed longer.

Отель потрясен, во всех его проявлениях, завтрак 5 звезд, бессецном на крыше не воспользовались но уверены по количеству занятых столиков возле там все хорошо, побывали в спа, зона на 5 сервис на 5, уровень массажа ребята простите 3 бала, при визите Крита рекомендовал бы? Однозначно да! Отель 5 звезд, спасибо за теплый прием)
