The room was nice and clean. My main issue with the hotel is the misleading advertisement about offering a shuttle bus to and from the airport. It turns out that they don't provide a shuttle bus to and from the airport after 11:00 PM, and they don't offer such service on the weekends, starting on Friday. These are essential details that the hotel should have shared online to give customers clarity of choice. I arrived around 11:30 PM at the airport and called the hotel. They said that they had stopped the shuttle bus service at 11:00 PM. When I arrived at the hotel and asked about the shuttle bus for the next day, Saturday, since I had a morning flight, they told me that they don't offer such service on the weekend. I chose this hotel because of the shuttle bus service they claimed to offer. This service is not acceptable for travellers due to a lack of clear communication regarding the shuttle service's schedule, which is critical information for travel customers.

On est resté une nuit dans cet hôtel et c’était vraiment super ! La piscine était propre et agréable, parfait pour se détendre. Le personnel est très sympa, accueillant et toujours prêt à aider. La chambre était propre, confortable et bien entretenue. Franchement rien à dire, une très bonne expérience, je recommande !

Para la Calidad/precio está fenomenal. Cuenta con aparcamiento para clientes y tiene una buena ubicación.
Buena atención. Te dejan un botecito de gel/champú+ jabón de manos. Que siempre es un detalle.

Het aparthotel is erg praktisch met zijn kitchenette en de receptionisten zijn erg vriendelijk. Het hotel is echter wat oud en zou een opknapbeurt kunnen gebruiken. Het ontbijt is acceptabel en biedt slechts het absolute minimum. Het is wat prijzig voor wat het is, maar voor één nacht is het prima en het ligt dicht bij het openbaar vervoer.

Het betreft een hotelappartement met een keuken die is uitgerust met een magnetron, inductiekookplaat, potten, pannen en bestek. De kamer was enorm. De locatie ligt op 900 meter van het treinstation en u moet er dus een stukje voor lopen. Het is geschikt voor gezinnen die boodschappen willen doen en maaltijden willen koken.

In vijf mijnen rijden de supermarkt en de bioscoop.
Bij de luchthaven, maar geen vliegtuiggeluid, maar hier kan de weg aan de andere deur worden gestoord door het geluid van de motorfietsen.
Er is een belasting voor elektrische auto's.
De poort naar de ingang is om 9 uur gesloten.

De rommel van de urn op het grondgebied van het hotel is niet voor een dag verwijderd, hoewel het zich met milieubelangen bezig houdt.

The hotel is located very close to the city center. The staff is very kind, the rooms are large, spacious, clean, and the swimming pool is a great advantage. Clean pool, clean water, and the perfect terrace to sit and drink a coffee. Was verry nice!

JJacquelineThe hotel was exactly as the photos showed. I was surprised to be asked for 150 euros deposit, This needs to be more transparent before booking. It’s difficult to find where this wording appears.
Also my room on the 5 floor was almost impossible to sleep in due to very strong cooking smells permeating my room, from where I’m not sure. A shame because the hotel is very convenient for the main railway station in Toulouse.

Vending machine available on the ground floor. 15 mins walk to Blagnac commercial centre where you can find supermarket and restaurants. A bit off from transport links towards city centre but it’s only 20 mins walk from the airport. Room is clean in general while you can spot limescale around the tap. Basic kitchen utensils are available but no condiments.

It’s just 10 min walk from the airport. We had a big room at the ibis style. Every thing was spotless, nice comfy beds ( I would suggest to add an extra pillow but I’m sure I would get it if I asked 😅). The room was very quiet even if it is in a industrial area ( we would prefer a little warmer room, we tried to bring it up a little bit but unsuccessfully, we gave up cause we had 2 nights only). The breakfast was too good, not busy at all, even at the last moment, the food was enough. Everything is high quality, artisan bread, bio butter and cheese, fresh croissants and pain au chocolates, fresh squeezed orange juice, fresh boiled eggs, etc. Its just 20 min walk to the tram station, 15 min journey to the rail station. We visited another beautiful sea side town, Sète, 30 min journey from Montpellier.

Ggregory clayThis is a very nice cheap hotel. Calling it a resort is definitely a stretch of the imagination. Very small pool, steam room, and Sauna. Everything was clean and orderly. Limited hours in pool and steam/ sauna. It probably saves significantly on power draw, so I understand, but not guest friendly. Front desk is only open from 15:00 to 18:00. Not guest friendly. Some of the pics are actually from the resort next door. Some false advertising. Beware. The €15 room service breakfast is probably the greatest value room service I have ever seen. Well worth it. Surprising even. 10€ self laundry is too much, and after 2plus hours in the dryer I just took my wet clothes to room and hung them to dry. Additionally, you self clean much of the room or pay 100€. No wifi in rooms. It's 2024. Time to upgrade.

Ffluffy pancakesIt was a pretty pleasant experience in general. Even though we stayed only for a night, facilities are great, clean, good breakfast and the view😍, bed is comfortable, spa with sauna and that massage pool was warm and relaxing and it was only like 13 euros per person 🤩. Had dinner at M restaurant by the beach and you can rent sunbeds there or also there are other places to choose from aswell . The place is a little bit far compared to other beaches but in my opinion is what makes it more special. Even like that you can find everything you need within walking distance (supermarket, restaurants, beautiful clean beach🤩🤩😍)
10 out of 10 would recommend.

GGuest UserAn excellent first contact with the establishment by phone then a very warm welcome by Mariem. Without me having asked for anything, she offered to make the stay better and with a naturalness that proves her habit of doing so, thank you again. The common areas are completely renovated and very welcoming, the room is redone at the level of the sleeping area. The swimming pool is very nice with all its windows. Breakfast not tested but which seemed very diverse. Secure parking for cars, little tip: drive around with your car and park near the back door as soon as you have its code because in front there is little space available.

SSophia HackerI stayed at the Hotel Les Capitouls and was overall satisfied with my experience. The location is excellent — very central and perfect for exploring Toulouse on foot. The breakfast was also a real highlight, with a great selection and high quality.
On the downside, the rooms were quite noisy, with little sound insulation, and street noise was noticeable, especially at night. Additionally, one of the receptionists was somewhat unfriendly, which was a bit disappointing for a hotel of this standard.
In summary: great location and breakfast, but room for improvement in service and soundproofing.
