Het hotel is prachtig en heeft een goede ligging. Ik geef een 10/10 voor de service en de netheid. Ik heb nog nooit zo'n aardig en zorgzaam personeel gezien. Ik heb geen enkele onaangename ervaring of slechte verstandhouding gehad. Het zwembad is erg prettig en de sportschool is erg functioneel. Ik kom terug in sha Allah.
Het duurt vijf minuten om naar het vliegveld te lopen. De service van het hotel is te traag. Of het nu gaat om het sturen van een föhn of het bezorgen van eten, het duurt een uur om een burger te bestellen. De airconditioning aan de zijkant van het hotel, aan de wegkant is erg luidruchtig! Je kunt pas in slaap vallen als je moe bent van een zakenreis. De doucheruimte loopt heel langzaam leeg en een deel van de decoratie is eraf! De inrichting van zijn huis is echter nieuwer dan die van Marriott en de hygiëne van Marriott is zeer slecht! Gebruik de handdoek als deze zwart wordt
Het is goed, maar het bed en het dekbedovertrek zijn te oud en de airconditioning is ook oud. Over het algemeen is het nog steeds goed als de prijs rond de 600 euro ligt. Soms stijgt de prijs tot boven de 800, wat behoorlijk duur is.
Het hotel is goed gelegen, maar aan de achterkant wetende dat het plastic is. Ik moest de kamer twee keer in de kamer veranderen, een handdoek voor een of twee personen en er is geen geldouche of shampoo of iets anders. Ik begrijp een hotel niet zo zitten er geen producten in, bedankt⁷
Un emplacement exceptionnel avec vue sur mer, où le personnel se montre très attentionné. Bien qu'une erreur ait été commise, ils ont su rectifier rapidement et efficacement ce désagrément.
I’ve found from experience in Algeria, customer service is not their forte. I’d suggest this is not just the HI but all service sectors in general, perhaps it’s the French influence, but regardless, across the whole residence I did not meet one cheery, polite or energetic person, everything just seemed to be troublesome or beneath them, I blame management however and somewhat by need, I will return however, let me conclude by suggesting the hotel is very nice, my room was well appointed and clean, the restaurant and food within, commendable.
As an aside, do book the hotel taxi service to and from the airport, it was efficient and very cheap compared to other countries I visit.

RRakhLovely hotel masha Allah - standouts include both the reception staff as well as the restaurant staff who were exceptional with their attentive service.
Restaurant food at Le Grand Bleu was of high quality, we experienced a lovely dinner service and we made sure to thank the head chef who was very friendly as well as the waiters.
The two young male waiters were super friendly and professional, lovely to see. Breakfast service was very good too.
Only thing about the hotel that would have been nicer is if the private bathroom had a bath tub in the Executive/Privilege with sea view and a cooler room during summer months. Still highly recommend this hotel.

MmarymThe hotel is ina good location for the airport and the shared taxi stand. The buffet breakfast was really good. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The free airport shuttle is not as good as it sounds. It only goes 3 times a day.

There seems to be one train every hour to take us back to the airport, so they arranged it for us.
Other services were fine.
For breakfast, although there wasn't a lot of variety, there were several types of Algerian sweets that I enjoyed. The bread was also delicious.
KKhadejah SAI was injured on the plane and arrived at the hotel in a wheelchair.
