客觀來説，不推薦，樓下是賭場，比較吵鬧，的確沒有熱水洗澡，設施也比較老，但是游泳池非常漂亮，游泳池的餐廳做的漢堡也非常好吃，帶小朋友的話就不建議住了

Het hotel is een icoon in de stad, met moderne en nieuwe faciliteiten, wat een groot pluspunt is. De gratis ondergrondse parkeergarage maakt de toegang gemakkelijk en het personeel bij de receptie is erg vriendelijk. Houd er rekening mee dat u $20-30 USD extra betaalt voor een suite op een hogere verdieping met een fantastisch uitzicht; er zijn elke avond tot 19:30 uur gratis snacks en vruchtensap beschikbaar. Het ontbijt is uitstekend. Belangrijker nog, ze serveren Chinees eten en thee, wat ook erg goed is – absoluut een pluspunt. De kamers zijn suites met een ruime en aparte woonkamer, slaapkamer en badkamer. De woonkamer heeft een kitchenette (magnetron, waterkoker) en koffie- en theefaciliteiten. Het is fantastisch om een hotel te vinden dat Chinees eten serveert op dit Caribische eiland! Een echte aanrader voor zakenreizen!

我和同事在這裏續了兩次，總共住了6個晚上，位置很好，離Serena，bluemall，ágora mall商場都很近。最值得點讚的是服務人員，有一天晚上我把打包的炒飯拿到前台幫我熱一下，一位高高的工作人員幫我拿到餐廳熱好，還貼心地拿了湯匙和刀叉。每個工作人員都微笑服務。酒店房間很新，很安靜（雖然樓下是道路但是隔音很好很安靜），早餐好吃，環境優美，有嶄新的健身房，有屋頂泳池，躺在那裡看美麗的晚霞和星星，確實是一段難忘的回憶。以後出差來聖多明各就住這裏了。還有，走100米還有一家中餐店，實在太完美了。

The breakfast was really good and delicious. The staff was very friendly just I wrote them in order to change the room but they didnt reply me so I advice they check the messages and reply timely. The bedroom with 1 queen bed was really nice. They didnt have many options for 2 twin beds altought it was clean. AC works very good. Is really well located in downtown area, there are several restaurants and bars just by walking distance.

We hebben in februari 2025 een rust gehad, naast het hotel is er een casino en links van het hotel is er een goede supermarkt, ik vond ook het zwembad op het dak leuk, over het algemeen is alles schoon, mooi en gezellig, het personeel spreekt geen Russisch

GGuest UserI had stayed here before the pandemic about 3 times. The property is very clean, it is located in the older ”colonial” part of the city. Traffic in this area is a nightmare due to the narrow streets. SAFE area, police presence all over.
The GOOD: Clean, Safe, Staff Friendly, plenty of places nearby to eat. Breakfast supplied is ample and of decent quality, food for linch or dinner in the hotel restaurant is good though limited menu, space for seating is very limited inside the restaurant, water pressure in the shower is excellent the room safe is large. The BAD: Room Small like an IBIS, Bathroom smaller than an IBIS, A/C in my room was ”marginal” at best and previous stays here noticed this, Elevator very slow, the worst part this is not a business hotel. While the Internet provided is decent, there is NO work space available at all in the rooms. NO electrical outlets available all are hidden behind furniture or the bed and no desk type area. Had to charge my phone in the bathroom outlet and use computer on battery. Also had a room phone and minor toilet issue which I reported twice and nothing was done. DO NOT have the hotel arrange for the hotel taxi to drive you to the airport cost is $50.oo ! Make your own arrangements or get an UBER. CONCLUSION: While on vacation for a couple of days this is a Nice place to stay and see the colonial sights and enjoy the atmosphere. However, ”on business” this is not the place to stay. I will be returning on business for a longer stay in late January or early February, unfortunately I will have to stay elsewhere.

FFranciscoVery good location. Unfortunately, the room they offered me did not match the one in the photos shown on the website. The window was very small. They promised me a room change the next day but in the end they said they had no availability for the days I was staying at the hotel.
On the other hand, the poor design of the shower causes the water to come out and flood the entire bathroom.

GGuest UserThe hotel's soundproofing is average. Living on the fifth floor, you can hear people talking loudly downstairs. The internet is poor, and what's uncomfortable is that the charging plug is not at the bedside! ! ! But the hotel's breakfast is great, with everything you need. I hope the room facilities can be improved, as they are a bit too old.

Quite reasonably priced for a foreign-owned hotel in the Dominican Republic!
The cleanliness, spacious rooms, service, and location were all excellent.
The lobby and rooms were modern and sophisticated.
The rooftop pool and sofa area were great.
You can see the Caribbean Sea during the day and the night view of Santo Domingo at night.
I've stayed at other foreign-owned hotels in Santo Domingo, but
this one has by far the best view from the rooftop.
There are Japanese, Western, and Lebanese restaurants on the first floor, and all of them had a nice atmosphere.
