Viborg Hotel is conveniently located in the city vicinity amidst a scenic beautiful lake.
It was a pleasant stay with friendly staff, great breakfast menu and convenient room accommodation.
It’s an hour drive from Billund Airport and 30-minute drive to Bjerringbro where we had our business meeting.
We explored Viborg with its old and preserved buildings with cobblestone roads which reminds one of Paris.

We had a nice big room with beautiful nature view. The breakfast was delicious. We’ve enjoyed the adults only spa (even it costs in addition). The roof top pool is amazing and the service was excellent. We would book it again.

Topklasse service. Havde forespurgt på tidligere check in, hvilket de ville sørge for. Receptionen ringede tilbage på ankomst dagen for at bekræfte at det var muligt. Samtidig blev jeg oplyst om at der var ændret parkeringsregler. Virkelig god service.
Morgenmaden er meget lækker. Her kommer jeg gerne tilbage til.

這家可以提前入住，第一間房窗外是施工手腳架，換了第二間沒有wifi信號，正巧我的流量卡用完了，衹能在走道處理事情，換了第三間有wifi信號。服務員都挺好的吧，幫我處理好房間，沒有推諉。這家難得有健身房，早上去沒人，雖然器械不多但是能用。有免費咖啡。有毛巾、沐浴露洗髮水二合一，自備牙刷。

LLC666Visited Horsens for the Thomas and Uber Cup and picked this hotel as there were not many choices in the city. The location of the hotel was fine and took less than 20 minutes of driving to reach Horsens city center. The room is nicely maintained and clean. The availability of a convenience store nextdoor is a plus as games ended very late at night and it's great to have some bites after that.
However, despite that the hotel is under the Sheraton hotel chain, there were quite some areas that had fallen short of expectation. First, there were insufficient staff and you would have to wait and hope someone would turn up at the reception desk. Second, there was no amenity available, not even slippers, toothbrush and other basic things. Third, there was shortage of towels and I could only get one large towel after 10 hours of stay in the hotel, and I was never able to get a fresh one in my 4 days of stay. Bathroom mat was not available and thus the floor was always wet after shower. Lastly and most importantly, the staff failed to update my period of stay and my key card was disabled on my last day of stay. When I returned to the hotel after midnight, i could not get into my room and the reception was closed with no one there to help. I had to make a call using roaming to the helpline, and spent over 8 minutes of international calling and probably hundreds of dollars of call charge to get my key card functions again. That totally blew my trip as it should not happen in the first place. All in all, quite a dissatisfied stay.

GGcatHotel is next to the museum and few supermarkets along the way. Cafes and restaurants near proximity. Breakfast has limited variety but overall a great place to stay. Service staffs were always helpful and they also allowed me to leave my luggage af checkout.

The service staff is also very good. The room is big enough, very clean, the bed is very comfortable, the room has a separate balcony, there is sun in the afternoon, Drink some tea to bask in the sun and see the balcony scenery, have a different feeling

GGuest UserThis hotel allows early check-in. There were construction scaffolding outside the window of the first room. The second room had no wifi signal. It happened that my data card ran out and I could only handle things in the corridor. The third room had wifi signal. The waiters were pretty nice. They helped me take care of the room without any pushback. It's rare that this hotel has a gym. No one goes there in the morning. Although there are not many equipments, they are usable. There is free coffee. There are two-in-one towels, shower gel and shampoo, and you can bring your own toothbrush.

XXixiCheungThe front desk staff was friendly and helpful, but the corridor had a strange smell, a suffocating feeling or smelly feet, I can't tell, and the corridor looked dirty!
The room hygiene and layout are unreasonable, especially the desk that can be used as an office, which is very unreasonable and the seat is very uncomfortable. I was forced to change to another leisure chair!
I thought the sheets were not clean and this caused me to have an allergic reaction. I left with a rash all over my face on the last day, but out of politeness I did not raise any complaints!
The location close to the train station is an advantage!
My stay was not short, but I don't recommend it. I lived there for a week in an uncomfortable environment and it was very stressful!

MM16717****Aarhus is a beautiful town, and this hotel has a great environment with a rich breakfast spread and good service overall. While the facilities aren't brand new, there's a well-stocked supermarket about a fifteen-minute walk away.

GGuest UserNo service, scan the code to register for a long time when checking in, the passport front desk did not return it to me, two days later found that the passport was missing and went to the front desk to ask me, during the period, there was no phone email notification and did not send to the room, these messages were provided at check-in! ! !
