"Pretty good! We were given a room on the 33rd floor with an amazing view. The view alone is definitely worth the price! Just a heads-up, the bottled water in the room is only free for members; otherwise, it's 3 CAD per bottle. There's a convenience store downstairs, but it's quite expensive. I recommend bringing a few bottles of water with you before checking in. Save where you can, spend where you should!"

"The hotel needs huge improvement. The room had furniture that is old and pretty stained  fabric. The water had to run for at least 20 min before you get warm water.  The list is long but  the worst of all is $25 dollars parking  per day that you charge on the top of the charge for the room. Being there for three days I saw parking as low as $5 per day..I will never go back nor recomend this place to any of my friends"

"De locatie van het hotel is erg goed, direct naast Horseshoe Falls en niet ver van Table Rock. Hoewel het niet de kamer met het beste uitzicht is, biedt het een uitstekende prijs-kwaliteitverhouding. Er zijn tal van restaurants in de buurt en genoeg afhaalopties als je liever niet uit eten gaat. De kamer is voorzien van een koelkast en een magnetron, wat erg handig is. Het ontbreken van slippers en drinkwater is echter wel een minpuntje. Het hotel heeft een eigen parkeerplaats, waar je ongeveer $23 per nacht betaalt. De receptioniste vertelde me dat er goedkopere parkeerplaatsen buiten het hotel zijn, maar ik was te lui om daarheen te lopen."

"My husband and I stayed here from September 9 to 10 last for our 20th wedding anniversary. We had a medical appointment down the road so it was a convenient location. Here are some of our observations where they could do better. 1. l use a cane with my disability, and there was no luggage trolly in the lobby when we arrived. I had to haul two heavy bags on one arm while using my cane with the other hand. 2. I checked to see that there was body wash for our evening and morning showers and the bottle was completely empty. The housekeeping staff hadn't refilled and we had to find someone to put a new bottle into the shower. It's a good thing I checked and didn't get a rude awakening in the morning. 3. The picture in the room looked as though something was thrown at it and went down the glass. There were two streaks and it was very disgusting. Obviously, the cleaning had not been done properly in the room. 4. Nowhere on the website was there mention of a continental breakfast so we were quite surprised that there wouldn't be your typical eggs, bacon, sausage. Etc. It was very disappointing. We only found out because we got on the elevator, and there was an ad taped to the inside of the elevator. At the time of booking, all it said was free breakfast included. 5. The shower-head sprayed all over the ceiling when it was turned on, so we had to put a face cloth over it to contain the spray 6. The microwave glass tray did not rotate so when you put something in there, it didn't heat it up evenly. It actually burned the item. 7. Bathroom light fixtures were covered with caked on dust. I wrote my name in one of them. It's Obvious that the housekeeping staff does not pay attention to cleaning - only does minimum."

"Visited on a business trip. The location was excellent, but the facilities were outdated and in poor condition. The female front desk staff was unfriendly. I asked for a towel, but they said they didn't have enough and gave me a pool towel... I didn't use the restaurant, so I can't comment on that. The male front desk staff was very friendly."

"Staff was amazing and accommodating. the room is excellent, spacious and has everything you need for a great stay. Location is great and will definitely book again"

"Loved the service. The front desk team are super friendly and helpful. Here are the reasons why I'd rate 4/5: room cleanliness (we noticed stains), the lack of hair conditioner (bottle in the shower was empty), 1 tissue left in the tissue box (with no backup boxes), and we only got 2 sets of towels despite there being 3 people staying the night. Once I asked for the towels, they readily gave me them. It was just disappointing that I had to walk to reception to retrieve them."
