Food was excellent. Breakfast has a lot of options. Bedrooms are very large. Everything went fine except when i arrived the door guys didnt even moved to offer to take my suitcase. I noticed that this happened to other guests. They just stand there and watch. That is not good for a 5 star hotel. Everything else was fine.

Het hotel is uitstekend.
De tweepersoonskamer die wij kregen was ruim en zeer goed uitgerust. Er was een centraal airconditioningsysteem dat heel eenvoudig te gebruiken was, en er waren ramen voor voldoende ventilatie.
De badkamer beschikt over een haardroger.
Het zwembad is mooi, ruim en heeft een handdoekenservice en een bar. Verrassend genoeg maakten de gasten er tijdens ons verblijf weinig gebruik van.
Het ontbijt is uitstekend, zeer compleet, gevarieerd en heerlijk. Een spectaculair buffet met uitstekende service, variërend van seizoensfruit tot taarten, warme gerechten, verschillende soorten brood en nog veel meer. Er was absoluut voor ieder wat wils.
Het restaurant van het hotel serveert ook ontbijt en biedt tegen betaling ook andere maaltijden aan. De eerste avond gingen we in het hotel dineren en we waren verbaasd over de kwaliteit van het eten, de smakencombinatie en de uitstekende service. Het was zonder twijfel een van de beste gastronomische ervaringen die we in Salvador hadden.
Om het nog beter te maken, wil ik nog één belangrijk detail noemen: gasten mogen tijdens hun verblijf niet gestoord worden om de artikelen in de minibar te controleren. Ik snap werkelijk niet waarom hotels dit beleid voeren, laat staan op dit niveau, aangezien het iets is dat makkelijk gedaan kan worden tijdens het schoonmaken van de kamer en/of bij het uitchecken.

Que experiência maravilhosa!! Que lugar incrível!!! Os funcionários me atenderam muito bem, foram muito simpáticos, educados, atenciosos, impressionada com o cuidado que eles têm com os hóspedes. A limpeza estava ótima, ctudo limpinho, cheiroso. E o ambiente é muito silencioso, parece que vc tá hospedada sozinha de tão sossegada que é. A comida é ótima tbm, e a localização é muito boa e de fácil acesso! Amei tudo! Recomendo demais!!

Hotel precisa dar uma modernizada. Copos de plástico que parece de merenda de escola. Falta flexibilidade no check in e check out. Comida muito boa e qualidade razoável nas bebidas. Não é um resort como vendem e sim um hotel all incluisve 3 estrelas. Ponto positivo é o beach point.

Hotel muito agradável, Augusto e Patrícia nos atenderam muito bem! Ótima localização e vista. Nossa segunda visita em duas semanas… Já virei cliente.
Obs: Infelizmente, toalhas de banho são extremamente encardidas, as do chão parecem as de rosto, mesma cor e tamanho.

O hotel é um paraíso se você procura conexão com a natureza, relaxamento e conforto. Com os pés na areia, o hotel tem uma área verde bem completa, uma piscina espaçosa que atende às crianças e adultos e com programação para entreter toda a família.
Os quartos são limpos e aconchegantes. O café da manhã tem uma variedade boa, com culinária regional.
Os funcionários são muito atenciosos, amigáveis e prestativos.

O café da manhã é bem completo e com opções fresquinhas, como tapioca feita na hora, gostamos bastante!
A localização do hotel é boa, mas vale ressaltar que fica distante dos pontos turísticos e demais restaurantes para conhecer na cidade!
A infraestrutura do hotel é boa, jardim super lindo e bem cuidado. Em relação ao hotel em si, fachada, corredores, etc, achamos que falta um pouco de cuidado e zelo.
Tem um restaurante legal no hotel que vale a pena conhecer!

Room spacious and clean, bed comfortable, sheets and towels good quality, AC works well and is quiet, breakfast absolutely great with excellent coffee and outstanding offerings, check-in fast and friendly. I wish we were staying at Novotel Salvador longer.
We had Seafood Risotto at the restaurant and it was very generous with the seafood, but took about an hour so bring a book if you plan to eat dinner here.

AAnonymous UserThe location and significance of this hotel is unknown. I thought it was a hotel by the sea, but it was not by the sea. It is not very safe to walk to the sea or to the surrounding restaurants (the security guard said). The hotel's swimming pool is small and average. Breakfast was mediocre. The location is an hour away from the city. Although the service attitude is very good, it is difficult to give high marks.

* good breakfast opening at 6:30am sharp (doors are locked before then), with lactose-free milk and gluten-free options
* okay pool area (no greenery though)
Cons:
* the A/C was weak, but after running it for one day the room was sufficiently cool (you do need a card in the slot during that day...)
* no ”Do not disturb” sign to hang onto the doorknob
* the desk in the room was small and very annoying for laptop work (round, glass)
* the chairs in the room were not comfortable at all
* out of all the staff, only one front desk person spoke English
* no laundry facilities
* no business room
* old slow elevator
* window didn't insulate from the street noise that well, but I used 33 dB NRR earplugs to block the noise that came through; there are also many rooms that don't face the street
* the front gate didn't open automatically with my key; had to wait for staff to open it; other times it was left open

The double room we were given was spacious and very well equipped. It had a central air conditioning system that was very easy to use, and windows for ample ventilation.
The bathroom had a hairdryer.
The pool is nice, spacious, and has towel and bar service. Surprisingly, during our stay, guests rarely used it.
The breakfast is excellent, very complete, varied, and delicious. A spectacular buffet with good service, it had everything from seasonal fruits to cakes, hot dishes, various types of bread, and so on. Without a doubt, there was something for every palate.
The hotel restaurant, which is the same one that provides breakfast, also provides other meals at an additional cost. The first night we went to dinner at the hotel and we were surprised by the quality of the food, the mix of flavors, and the excellent service they had with us. Without a doubt, it was one of the best gastronomic experiences we had in Salvador.
To improve, I will only mention one important detail, and that is the fact that guests should not be interrupted at any time to check the items in the minibar during their stay. I honestly do not understand why there are hotels that have this policy, and even less so at this level, when it is something that can easily be done during room cleaning and/or check-out.

RRabs ShowtimeWe had the most amazing stay at Fera. Everything about this place was perfect. From the warm welcome from Leandro who is bursting with energy and filled with lots of knowledge and passion for the city, to Bruno's care and patience with planning a birthday surprise for our friend. All of the staff was so friendly and kind. The rooms were spacious and nothing short of exceptional, with beds so comfortable it was hard to wake up. The rooftop pool and bar were also great, with a lovely view of the harbor. As a group of foodies, the food at the hotel was phenomenal. We treated ourselves to some massages with Margot, who really made it worth it. We were only at Fera for two nights but felt like we were already part of their family. The history behind this hotel, the location and the staff made our stay in Salvador so special. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you to everyone at Fera Palace.

AAna SuellenPéssima experiência com relação ao estacionamento do hotel. Não tem sequer por onde pedestre sair. Tive q descer uma rampa péssima sem sinalização por onde pedestre deveria andar. Péssima experiência. Péssima estrutura de estacionamento.
Precisam melhorar sinalização e estrutura de estacionamento, bem como colocar carregador para carro elétrico. Uma rede como Accor seria o mínimo.

From the initial service of Catussaba resort I don't remember the name of the official, she, very friendly and gentle, served us super well... we arrived a little before the scheduled time and have already made us available from a room... as we were in 4 (one couple and two children) we expected the room to be ready to receive us... the bed sofa was unrecognized, we asked and soon more resolved... when I went to sleep in my bed I realized I had a screen of blood apparently and I went to watch well until Hair had... we called for the reception and asked him to exchange the bed copper for gentleness... when we returned to the room, I saw that the sleeve was no longer... apparently had changed, however, When I pulled the cover to sleep... I felt wrong because they had the job to turn the dirt copper bed...
Oh, we asked three times to change the control of one of the TV or to change the batteries... we left there without anyone having solved a so simple problem...
Another issue that is worth noting is that the hotel has to check urgently... on the air exhaustor of room 217... was not working! My children on the second day no longer took advantage of the hotel because they were sick and the air quality worsened the situation even more. Things that should not pass unnoticed!!!!
The hotel has a varied breakfast, everything very tasty, the hot pool, the staff working in this area needs more training because one is playing the client to another... perhaps the workforce is heavy because there are few professionals for demand ( holiday).
The park the children loved, the beach is beautiful! The hotel structure is very good! The night is a super pleasant climate!
