Horrible customer service, no reply for a day. Asked only to change dates of my stay nothing else. I've changed travel tickets twice list 30 dollars on it Because they weren't answering I've booked another place for 2 days, claimed free cancelation three times it was rejected by Trip.com and still no answer from Noli so I canceled another stay lost on cancelation 70 Dollars and came to see what the property and people are working there. They have a camera everywhere but noone came to help me to check in even after messaging to Trip.com customer service, was able to reach them only by call after almost one hour of trying to check in. And the code they asking while checking in is different from your booking so think twice before choosing this place. -10 Horrible customer service.

I stayed at Fama in Gdańsk’s Old Town, and overall the experience was fine. The location is excellent, right at the entrance to the Old Town, making it very convenient for sightseeing. However, it can get noisy at night, so light sleepers might find it challenging. There were very few vegan options and no plant-based milk available. It would be great to see a bit more inclusion for plant-based diets in the future.

Our suite overlooked a canals. The hotel’s Michelin dinner was unforgettable, as was the traditional onsen spa experience. Service was intuitive, discreet, and truly world-class. Every staff member treated us not as guests, but as honored visitors. This is more than just a luxury hotel—it’s where hospitality becomes art. Worth every yen.

Очень хорошее расположение отеля, недалеко от центрального вокзала… старый город - очень близко. Номер аккуратный, все есть необходимое. Была не большая проблема с заселением, но наверное больше по моей неопытности 🙂 при заселении высылают код доступа к номеру ( в день заселения)  В целом все понравилось, если приедем еще, с удовольствием остановимся здесь снова !

Bardzo czysty i przytulny apartament w samym centrum Gdańska dosłownie tuż za Fontanną Neptuna blisko do Długiego Targu, całkiem niedaleko spacerkiem do Głównego Dworca PKP jak i do stacji Gdańsk Śródmieście. Pokój czysty, sypialnia i bardzo wygodne łóżko. Sofa trochę skrzypi ale jest naprawdę wygodnie. W łazience czysto i pralka. W pełni wyposażona kuchnia, zmywarka, mikrofalówka, naczynia, sztućce i woda oraz kawa. Naprawdę warto. Polecam

Lage ist super, Wellness und Spa im Preis inbegriffen. Parkplatz war für uns am Hotel kostenfrei. Check in hätte etwas freundlicher sein können, man hatte das Gefühl man würde sich nicht auf Gäste freuen. Im Spa sollte man mal darauf achten, dass im Sauna Bereich keine Kinder sein sollten, da auch an der Zugangstür 16+ dran steht, genau so das man ohne Bekleidung in eine Dampfsauna geht. Preis Leistung natürlich unschlagbar. Check out dagegen sehr freundlich.

Das Hotel Grano in der Altstadt von Danzig präsentiert sich als solides und verlässliches 4-Sterne-Haus – genau das, was man sich von einem Hotel dieser Kategorie erwartet. Die Lage könnte kaum besser sein: Inmitten der charmanten Altstadt gelegen, sind Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Ausstattung des Hotels erfüllt alle gängigen Standards: Die Zimmer sind modern, sauber und gut ausgestattet mit allem, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt – komfortable Betten, Klimaanlage, WLAN, ein funktionales Bad sowie ein kleiner Schreibtisch. Das Interieur ist geschmackvoll, ohne übermäßig luxuriös zu wirken. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal. Vom Empfang bis zum Service im Frühstücksbereich wurden wir stets zuvorkommend und professionell behandelt. Der Check-in verlief reibungslos, und auch kleinere Anliegen wurden schnell und unkompliziert gelöst. Ein Pluspunkt ist der hoteleigene Pool, der nach einem Tag voller Besichtigungen eine angenehme Möglichkeit zur Entspannung bietet. Auch ein kleiner Wellnessbereich ist vorhanden, wobei dieser eher zweckmäßig als besonders beeindruckend ist.

Really nice apartment, good location, I recommend

Pros: Great location, less than 30 seconds on foot to Long Market. Cons: - There's some road construction, the Uber we took from the airport to hotel can't find way to hotel therefore he took several rides around, trying to find a way and in the end, we need to carry our luggage for few hundred meters on cobble stone road. - The checkout time, according to the receptionist, is 11:00, not 12:00 as on Trip.com - Since Uber driver can't find the right way to hotel, we asked the receptionist to call a taxi. She called a car (not sure if it's a taxi since there's no meter) and when we reached the train station (2 km away), the driver asked 35 zl for a trip on Uber cost 15 zl.

Hotel godny polecenia,byłam po raz czwarty i widać, że hotel się rozwija w trosce o klienta. Bardzo miła obsługa hotelu, restauracji, basenu.Wszędzie czyściutko.Śniadania bardzo dobre, urozmaicone a i obiady w restauracji smaczne i pięknie podane.Jedyny minus to budzące pociągi(bliskie położenie torów kolejowych).
