"An absolutely wonderful experience.
The staff at the ryokan were incredibly polite and always ready to help with anything we needed. Upon check-in, we were provided with traditional attire, pajamas, tabi slippers, bath amenities, and a small welcome treat with matcha and coffee. We also asked at the front desk if they could give us a ride to the bus stop after check-out, and they kindly said yes, of course. 
Our room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. At first, we were planning to explore several other local onsens, but after experiencing the ones at the ryokan, we felt completely satisfied. There are separate baths for hotel guests (men’s and women’s), baths open to both guests and visitors (also divided by gender), as well as a private onsen. One of the onsens also has a sauna.
The traditional dinner and breakfast were both impressive—delicious and very generous in portion.
The surrounding grounds are stunning, perfect for peaceful walks. This ryokan is a bit further from the main cluster of inns, but that was exactly what we wanted—to enjoy quiet walking.
At night, our futons were laid out for us, adding to the authentic experience. The only reason I deducted one star is the very bright green light on the ceiling that stays on all night and can’t be turned off or covered. I didn’t have a sleep mask with me, and the ryokan didn’t provide one, so I had a sleepless night. It was quite unpleasant.
That said, I still highly recommend this ryokan—it’s an unforgettable place to stay."

"Wonderful hotel 🏨 ♥️ 👌 We feel it's a real 5 stars hotel; from the excellent service, the rooms and on to the dinning room, and of course the onsen, everything and everyone were just perfect! We got a room facing the garden, forest and mountains and it was just great waking up to these views in the mornings. The experience of food was excellent, both at breakfast and dinner... The staff here go out if their way to make sure you have what you need, and the onsen was the best one I have seen in Japan so far; it has several hot baths, indoor and outdoor, and dry sauna. We were extremely happy we booked this place ahead of time as it was fully booked when we arrived and there wasn't even availability to upgrade, even though it wasn't needed as the room was great already. Thanks for everything 🙏"

"The location is very quiet, and the hot springs are right next to the stream, providing the best experience. The quality of the dinner and breakfast food is excellent, and the overall value for money is outstanding"

"Het hotel is voornamelijk bedoeld voor golfers; het biedt geen goede prijs-kwaliteitverhouding voor mensen met een strak reisschema. Toeristen die door het gebied reizen, wordt afgeraden hier te verblijven. De hotelkamers zijn klein en er zijn geen restaurants of winkels in de buurt. Het dichtstbijzijnde busstation ligt op ongeveer 3 kilometer afstand, waardoor een taxi nodig is. Voor een dagtrip naar Asu is het het beste om hier niet te overnachten."

"スタッフ方方々もとても親切で素敵な笑顔で迎えて頂けて 素敵な誕生日を迎えることができました。 お部屋からのロケーションもバッチリです。 ただ海側で広々と海が見渡せて素敵なのですが、レースのカーテンなど扉だけだと真っ暗か夕日が眩しすぎるかしかないのでちょっと困りました。それ以外はお料理もどれも丁寧に作られていてとってもおいしかったし、温泉のお湯の温度もちょうどよくて海を見渡せる景色をしっかり堪能出来ました。チェックアウトの後にも車を玄関まで持ってきて下さり　玄関前で写真も撮って頂きました。 本当に素敵な時間をありがとうございました。"
