Het hotel is een 4-sterren. Een schoon hotel, zeer vriendelijk, vriendelijk personeel... het is een plek die ik zou aanraden wanneer je er doorheen wilt... aangezien het centrum van Zagreb zelf vrij ver weg is.
Zeer ruime kamer. Dat klopt... PAS OP! Op TRIP stond er GRATIS PARKEREN... en we moesten €7 per dag betalen... niets gratis...
Ik zou het aanraden als ik terugkom op doortocht door Zagreb… het ontbijt is bijvoorbeeld inbegrepen en is zeer gevarieerd en lekker!!!

The hotel is at this little quiet corner which is also good since we had to open the window at night (aircon is centralised and it’s still “winter” despite in spring). We were given level 6 which is the highest floor so it helped with the quietness. The breakfast spread was amazing, lots of cheeses and cured meat. The cooked vegetables are the best, though it can get a little oily. It’s a convenient location to walk around the city, and visit the parks and museum. There are good food options around as well. However, we were there during Easter so most of the places are close but there was a pizza place within 6 mins walk which is open during Easter. Lots of supermarkets around, so it’s easy to get snacks and fruits.

The hotel is surrounded by office. Not super convenient to sightseeing location nor restaurants. We booked a room for 2 person but the hotel only have one set of amenities. We arrived earlier then check in time and the receptionist seems abit angry, maybe it is their style of expression.

This wonderful hotel is right in the center of old Zagreb. Everything is within walking distance.....restaurants abound, flower market and food markets, shops, the trolley for transportation is close by, and many museums, churches, government buildings, parks and Historic sites. The Hotel Dubrovnik is clean, light rooms, comfy beds, and a sumptuous breakfast! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

De airconditioning in de kamer was niet sterk genoeg, wat verbetering behoeft, vooral in de warme zomermaanden. De sfeer op de begane grond was echter erg aangenaam, en als je de rokerige lucht kunt verdragen, is het een goede optie. Het hotel biedt ook een uitstekend ontbijt, wat een prima start van je verblijf was.
Al met al, als je geen problemen hebt met airconditioning en de rokerige lucht op de begane grond kunt verdragen, is dit hotel een verblijf waard. 👍🏻

Zeer goed hotel, goede prijs-kwaliteitverhouding. De kamer is groot en de faciliteiten zijn nieuw. Het hotelrestaurant is erg goed, naast het aanbieden van een ontbijtbuffet, biedt het ook lunch en diner. Het ontbijtbuffet is rijk en heeft gerookte zalm. Er is een supermarkt naast en de tram voor de deur is maar 3 haltes verwijderd van het stadscentrum. Het is heel dicht bij het treinstation en het langeafstandsbusstation.

Vanwege mijn vluchtschema kwam ik laat in de avond aan. Ik wist niet dat inchecken pas om 22:00 uur was, wat wat ongemak veroorzaakte, maar ze hebben me naar mijn kamer gebracht en ik heb een comfortabel verblijf gehad.
Hartelijk dank.
De ingang was erg donker en er was geen bordje (of misschien heb ik het gewoon niet gezien?), dus het duurde even voordat ik het gevonden had. Het is misschien geen probleem als je vroeg gaat.
Omdat het zaterdagavond was, midden in Zagreb met clubs in de buurt en trams die tot laat rijden, is het perfect om vroeg in te checken en daarna nog uit te gaan!

Like motel, some insects inside the room and need to borrow insecticide to spray the room. Breakfast is good. Environment is ok as it is a residential area and you won’t hear the airplane’s noise. The restaurant in the hotel is also a good choice to eat dinner. Helpful staff . No lift for second and third floor.

GGuest UserVery satisfied with this stay. I flew from Munich and arrived early. The front desk arranged a room when there was one available. I am very grateful. The room is very new, the supplies are relatively new, there is nothing wrong with it. The room is very quiet in a residential area, and there is a supermarket and bakery next to it, which is very convenient. The breakfast is good, with a variety of choices and good quality. For example, the dried apricots are as good as those in Turkey, big, sweet and soft. The disadvantage is not the hotel's problem. Although the road from the bus station to the hotel is flat, it is very bad (much better on the station side) and the other side is not as good as the countryside. It is very tiring to drag the luggage

GGuest UserWe had a lovely stay at the hotel! The pool and the gym are both great, the breakfast had a vast selection and was delicious but the best part of this hotel was the excellence service of all staff. Not a single staff member was not exceptional. It is worthy to point out that it may not be optimal to stay here with a baby (which we did) as the hotel has many lights, loud-ish music and smells of strong perfume - things that do not bother the average person but makes it a bit stressful with a baby. Nevertheless, definitely a recommendation! It is also a 20 mins walk away from the city Center, that’s something one should be aware of as well.

柳柳純一From Zagreb Station, take tram 2 or 6 and get off at Zagreb Bus Station, it's not a problem.
If you're using Zagreb Bus Station, this is a good place to stay. There's no breakfast (there's a 24-hour bakery at the bus station, so you can get some), but there's a kettle and tea and coffee packets and sticks provided, so you can use that instead. Instant soup and cup noodles are also good at the supermarket.
The Wi-Fi is strong and can be used without any hassle.
There's air conditioning, so you can deal with the summer and unseasonable heat.
The facilities are brand new, so it's very comfortable.

GGuest UserFirst things I like to express my appreciation to Toni at front desk who's very friendly welcoming my first day check in and helping me when I have problem with rental car. He really put his effort making so many calls when the rental car didn't response well, but finally all problem solved. And he sent his regard throe his friend at front desk on my second check in after 7 days traveling to Split and Dubrovnik, his name also Tony and he also very friendly.
Thanks to both of you Toni & Tony ( I hope I didn't wrong spelling your name )
It's highly recommend for all type of traveler, the room is very quite, I can't hear anything from next room or outside, sleep like a baby. I love the spacious shower room and all luxury amenities. If not mistaken I think this is a brand new hotel.
Since i drive a car, for me location is not important, 8 minutes drive to the old town, not too far. I like the neighborhood is so quite.
Breakfast has many menus and tasty too.
Overall is perfect , one thing I don't like is the dimming lights.
If they have a brighter light, I will be so happy.

GGuest UserThe hotel is a 4 star. A clean hotel, very friendly, pleasant staff… it is a place that I would recommend whenever you want to go through… since the center of Zagreb itself is quite far away.
Very spacious room. That's right... BEWARE! On TRIP it said FREE PARKING… and we had to pay €7 per day… nothing free…
I would recommend it if I would return while passing through Zagreb… breakfast, for example, is included and is very varied and delicious!!!

GGuest UserThe room was great, everything was perfect. The pillows and duvet were very comfortable and everything was spotless. All the facilities seemed brand new. The hotel surroundings were quiet and clean, and it was super convenient to get to both the station and the airport. It would have been absolutely perfect if the front desk staff had better communication skills.
