I caught the RV train from Helsinki, which was relaxing and a brilliant way to see the countryside. Arriving into Rovaniemi at 21:20, it was a short cab drive to the hotel,and with 24/7 reception checking was a breeze. Twin room 410 was well appointed, clean, and beds were comfortable; the room safe was easy to set and use. I appreciated the door chain for extra security and peaceful night sleep. Santas Hotel central location was excellent ,with the padestrian mall, shops, restaurants, and bars literally around the corner. Taxis could be found out front, and the santa/airport bus was only a short walk up the street. Though do pay attention to santa express pickup and drop-off times as they do not run that regularly. The buffet breakfast had something for everyone to enjoy! Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, and the Christmas decorations throughout the hotel made my inner child smile.😊 There are many attractions, so be sure to give yourself enough time to experience everything. I will definitely choose to stay again next time I travel to Rovaniemi. Sha, Sydney, Australia. 🇦🇺

The best hotel in kilpisjarvi, the room, the breakfast the parking is very nice, no complain at all

Siisti rauhallinen hotelli hyvällä sijainnilla. Henkilökunta ystävällistä ja asiantuntevaa. Huone oli erittäin viihtyisä. Siellä oli sekä sauna että takka. Kaikki toimi erittäin hyvin. Aamupala oli super hyvä. Myös erikoisruokavaliot oli huomioitu erittäin hyvin.

My family of 4 adults had a nice 2 nights stayed in this beautiful hotel. So nice and everything is excellent. My prefer hotel if u ever have a chance to go Levi again

The room was lovely design however there hasn't floor heater. At first staff told me they wont charge on pet fee. After I check in they said they have to charge for pet fee 30 Euro! It is quite upset but i dont ruin the day. But the food was really nice I was love the line of buffet.

Awesome service, the front counter guy is really nice and patient to help us in any quires. The room is clean with nice sea view. Feeling quite well to see the sky stars when lying down on the bed in the night and the morning sky is super beautiful. Plus, the hotel price includes free tickets for experience 365, we enjoyed a lot there. .

Nice village near the town but peaceful Glass cabin is very well-built,decorated and was warm Staff were nice I had a wonderful time here Thank you

The room was well-equipped with modern amenities while still maintaining a charming, rustic feel. The location is unbeatable, situated right in the Santa Claus Village. It was incredibly convenient to visit Santa’s office, cross the Arctic Circle, and enjoy the various winter activities like husky sledding and reindeer rides. Plus, the breathtaking snowy landscapes made for unforgettable moments. The breakfast buffet offered a great selection of hot and cold dishes, including traditional Finnish options. The on-site restaurants also provided delicious meals, with a cozy ambiance perfect for relaxing after a day of adventures. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always ensuring guests had the best experience possible. Whether it was arranging activities or providing recommendations, their service was top-notch.

Great experience, the staff we exceptional and so helpful . Rooms were well equipped and we even had a view of the slope … Breakfast was nice too with lots of choice and accommodated my dairy free diet with no issues . We will definitely stay here again
