"I stayed at Bipeng Seasonspring Resort and it was honestly a beautiful and artistic hotel. The room was extremely lovely, modern, and thoughtfully designed, with automatic curtains, an electric fireplace, and heated floors. The hotel itself feels very high-tech and luxurious. Even small details stood out — when we requested batteries for the remote, the hotel sent them using a delivery robot, which was a fun and impressive experience. The toilet was also very modern, with blue lighting and automatic flushing, which added to the overall comfort. The staff were excellent, and when we arrived, they were able to communicate in English clearly and confidently, which made things much easier for international guests. What truly stood out the most about this hotel was the transport and service support. The hotel provides pickup and drop-off service by car to the ticket office, which was incredibly convenient. When we arrived by bus at the ticket office, I contacted the staff via WeChat, asking if they could pick us up. In less than five minutes, they immediately sent a staff member to collect us. The next day, they also sent us back to the ticket counter, and after we finished sightseeing in Bipenggou, the staff even helped transport our luggage. Communication through WeChat was very smooth and fast throughout our stay. I would genuinely give 10 stars for the driver service alone. The driver was a young man who was extremely patient, polite, and professional. His service made our experience much more comfortable and stress-free, and he truly deserves recognition. There were only a few minor drawbacks. The water dispenser in the room was extremely slow, making it difficult to even fill a thermos. Also, although the room had heated flooring, it still felt slightly cold at times. However, these were very minor issues compared to how beautiful and well-designed the room was. The main area that could be improved is breakfast. As more Malaysians are visiting China, especially Muslim travelers, I sincerely suggest the hotel add more vegetable and fruit options, as well as a wider selection of toast or bread. Many Malaysian Muslims cannot consume stir-fried dishes, even if they are vegetables, so having more simple, non–stir-fried options would make breakfast much more inclusive and enjoyable. Overall, Bipeng Seasonspring Resort is an exceptional hotel with stunning rooms, advanced facilities, and outstanding service. With some improvement to the breakfast options, it would easily be close to perfect, especially for Malaysian and Muslim travelers."

"We verbleven er maar 3 dagen, maar de plek is fantastisch. Je kunt nog meer genieten van het panoramische uitzicht :). De locatie was gunstig gelegen, met goede verbindingen met de metro en op loopafstand van de nabijgelegen winkelstraten. Xuemei en Lanlan hielpen ons snel met wat kleine logistieke uitdagingen, regelden een ontbijt op maat buiten de reguliere openingstijden en maakten het verblijf perfect."

Service was exceptional upon reaching the hotel. Although I wasn't able to make a booking in advance for the free pick-up transfer from the railway station, the receptionist lady was able to kindly provide an immediate service recovery. She was detailed and patient in explaining the hotel provisions as well. I also had a complimentary upgrade to a room that was more spacious. The room was clean and well-equipped with the necessary amenities, and they provide complimentary one-time covers for hygiene purposes. Location was great, less than a 5-minute walk to Baoguo Temple. Overall a good stay at this hotel!

Very lovely hotel. We stayed in a room with a river view and absolutely enjoyed the wonderful view. The room was clean and spacious and the staff were very friendly and attentive. The housekeeping even provided me with face cloths as they saw that I used cosmetics. The breakfast had a good variety as well. We extended our stay in this hotel and would definitely come again. They even gave us a little present during checkout. Highly recommend!

First time staying at Mindong Suyuan, and the experience exceeded expectations! The hotel environment is quiet and serene, and my partner and I had a wonderful stay. The bathtub is very spacious, the room was spotless and bright, and the staff were all very polite. It's also super convenient for visiting the nearby park.

After comparing many options for a long time, I finally chose this hotel. The receptionist was extremely polite and helpful, and even proactively upgraded us to a Superior Twin Room. The room was spotless, the bed was very comfortable and soft, and the soundproofing was great (⊙o⊙). They also provide a complimentary shuttle to the scenic area in the morning. Very satisfied 🤗

Objectively speaking, the front desk service was excellent, and the hotel lobby and courtyard environment were also very good! However, there was a strange smell in the hallway, and an indescribable odor in the room itself. When I got into bed after washing up at night, the duvet and sheets felt damp and uncomfortable. There was also a persistent smell of urine, which wasn't coming directly from the duvet or sheets, but it lingered throughout the night. I tossed and turned and couldn't sleep well. In the morning, I woke up with many red bumps on my arms and legs. I've booked so many hotels on Ctrip, mostly prioritizing a good environment, and this is the only one that has given me such a bad experience. It's the only hotel that has made me feel this uncomfortable. I originally planned to give feedback to the front desk when checking out, but there was a family of foreign tourists complaining, so I just left without saying much. Anyway, the service itself was commendable!

The room is only 27 square meters and quite small overall, but I actually found the cozy size rather comforting. If you prefer spacious rooms, you might want to think twice before booking. The hotel is right next to Yushuang Road Subway Station, and about 1.8 km from Taikoo Li, making it very convenient to take a taxi. There is an alley behind the hotel filled with local eateries, including a noodle shop called ”Xiaomingtang Dandan & Tianshui Noodles,” and their sweet-water noodles are amazing. I'll definitely choose this Hilton Garden Inn again on my next visit.

The hotel boasts a prime location with convenient transportation, and the staff are proactive and warm! Since a family member was feeling unwell, the housekeeping team kindly and thoughtfully provided plenty of bottled water. The front desk staff were also very helpful in giving us information about nearby hospitals and their addresses—thumbs up for such wonderful service! 👍 The breakfast offered a good variety, catering to both Chinese and Western tastes. The laundry service also caters well to travelers' needs. Excellent! 👍

We had stayed in this hotel before and really liked it. However, this time before we left for a trip to Emeishan my wife was told that she could collect a gift of two panda toys. My wife asked the hotel staff to keep the toys for her and she would collect them when we returned to the hotel from Emeishan the following day. When we returned we were told all the toys had been given away. As she really liked the toys for our grandchildren we finally bought them from a shop. Despite this hiccup, i would still stay in this hotel next time i am in Chengdu because of it location, cleanliness and the front desk staff are good at their work most of the time. The interesting People's Park is just next to the hotel and attached are two photos taken from the hotel room window. Kuanzhai Alley and Tianfu Square are within walking distance.

Flawless stay! Every little detail was taken care of. The room was spotless and bright, and the amenities were of great quality. Whenever we had a request, the front desk responded promptly. The service wasn't over-the-top, but it was very warm and thoughtful. Great location, which saved us a lot of time and hassle getting around. Incredible value for money overall. I've already bookmarked it and will definitely make this my first choice next time I'm in town!

The room was clean and tidy, with a pleasant fragrance. The breakfast offered a rich variety of options. It's conveniently located close to Kuanzhai Alley, making it easy to get around. The front desk lady was beautiful and had an excellent service attitude. When we left, she even gave us cute panda headbands and bottled water, which made the whole experience fantastic.
