Dit was mijn eerste verblijf in het Hyatt Ahmedabad. Het hotel is gunstig gelegen nabij winkelcentrum Alpha One Mall, waardoor het gemakkelijk is om je te verplaatsen met Uber en autoriksja's die overal beschikbaar zijn. Ook het metrostation is vlakbij. De kamers waren schoon, ruim en comfortabel. Het personeel was professioneel en voldeed aan de standaarden van een ketenhotel. Het ontbijt bood zowel internationale als Indiase opties. Over het algemeen geef ik het een 9/10.

The hotel itself is excellent—beautiful, comfortable, and exceptionally well run. What made it even more special was the people. I made some great friends during my stay, and the warmth and hospitality I experienced exceeded all expectations. This was more than just a hotel stay; it was a memorable and meaningful experience. Nice hotel, well positioned for the Girnar mountain rope way & Junagadh fort. Cavernous dining hall with good buffet. Public areas cleaning could be a bit better

Amazing, amazing stay — and the food was simply outstanding. You’ve built something truly special here. But there are two serious issues that need immediate attention: 1. Overdone greetings: Every staff member saying “Namaste” each time they see a guest is too much. It feels forced and intrusive, especially for business travelers who value space and focus. The first welcome is great — after that, hospitality should be felt through efficiency, not repetition. 2. Unsafe heavy gates: From the restaurant to my room, I had to push through three extremely heavy gates. This is a serious safety hazard just waiting for an accident. Try bringing an elderly guest and let them attempt it — even one of those gates is difficult to manage. It’s a clear design flaw that needs fixing before someone gets hurt. You have a fantastic property and incredible food, but these two issues take away from what could easily be a five-star experience. Please address them seriously — the difference will be huge.
