The staff were so helpful and nice! Everything was fantastic - clean and luxurious.  Location could not be better - light rail right outside and it is on Ben Yehuda street.

We received a room with a air conditioner that didn’t work  The temperature was unbearable  The hotel offered to switch our room at 02:00 am  Needless to say it was a sleepless night. The staff was friendly, but no one offered to compensate us. Breakfast was good, so at least we had that.  We expected more from a 5 star hotel.

Nice environment, very close to the old city and the pedestrian street, the service is comfortable, warm, and a lot of food around, guests in the shop will give free admission tickets to the museum, there are minibuses to the airport, very convenient and considerate
