Great location in the heart of Dublin city center, walking distance to everything, temple bar, shopping malls, restaurants and groceries. Breakfast is awesome with great quality food and attentive service.

Just had an amazing time in the shelbourne hotel. Beautiful cuisine ,comfort and relaxation. So convenient for shopping and strolling around the city centre. All staff amazing 👏

Highly recommend this hotel for the best experience ever rooms are very comfortable and clean the food is at a very affordable rate and the gardens superb staff are very helpful

As this is my first trip to Ireland ergo Dublin, I had enjoyed the convenience of having able to walk almost everywhere I wished for shopping, sightseeing and most importantly dining. Location and rooms were their winning points and my stay was indeed almost perfect.

De hotelkamer is groot, de omgeving is goed en de fitnessruimte is ook heel goed, maar het ontbijt is niet goed voor mij als de Asiatische berg. De locatie van het hotel is een afstand van de stad van de berg, maar het openbaar vervoer is ook zeer gemakkelijk! De dienstverlener is vriendelijk, omdat er een probleem is met de codebox in de kamer, en na het informeren is het ook zeer tijdig vervanging... zeer goed

De kamer is mooi en de service is vriendelijk. Er is een voetgangersstraat in de buurt. Winkelen is gemakkelijk en veilig.

No one reply my in-app message so I have to call. And it’s weird that the receptionist is not clear about my Gold membership benefits such as late checkout and free breakfast but what I find the most disrespectful is that the receptionist has to ask the duty manager for my requests yet the manager was just chatting with other staff and she never smile at me whenever I pass by and look at her. I’d love to stay again but the reception should be trained properly again.

The check-in process was incredibly smooth, and the staff were very friendly and helpful named Iza. My room was very clean and well-maintained, and the location was excellent, with easy access to attractions and restaurants.

酒店位置可以比較適合商務人士出行，早餐非常的棒是我喜歡的口味。價格有點偏高，勝在裏面設施也很好，有夜床服務有點心，水是免費供應都是玻璃瓶裝水，比較環保♻️

位置很好 算是當地很不錯的酒店
