5-Starhotels in Aragon, Spain

Dit is een zeer populair hotel in Zaragoza, met een prettige sfeer en een goede ligging. Goede service en lekker eten. Ik was hier een week op zakenreis en boekte een conferentieruimte in een hotel. Het is in alle opzichten erg goed. Ik zal hier zeker verblijven als ik de volgende keer de kans krijg. Ik raad dit hotel ook aan bij vrienden die hier komen spelen.

The staff felt unfriendly from the start. Their attitude was cold and rigid. There was no sense of warmth or welcome. Interactions felt uncomfortable. I couldn’t wait to leave. Booking anything was overly strict. The pool and restaurant required rigid time slots. It didn’t feel like a vacation. It felt controlled instead of relaxing. The rules took away the enjoyment. At the restaurant, I wanted to look around and admire the design, but I was told to stay seated. It felt patronizing and unnecessary, like being treated as a child. I’ve never felt this uncomfortable before. Only at checkout, I was told the pool cost extra. This was never clearly mentioned before, but regardless of this ”misunderstanding”, for a five-star hotel to charge extra for using the pool is very disappointing. It felt cheap and not what you expect at this premium level. The hotel is beautiful and the food was delicious. Unfortunately, the staff ruins the experience, and their attitude overshadows everything else. I recommend to visit it if you're passing by the area, but I wouldn’t recommend sleeping here at all.

Very friendly front desk manager - Mr Miguel. - superb customer service. And made many good recommendations. Hotel Amenity a bit below expectation for the class of the hotel. Improve this will earn make more happy customers. . Overall worth it for the price you pay for .
