The staff at the front office are excellent. To make specifically, Ms Daniella and Ms Quuena both went out of the way to ensure everything was all right. Infact Ms Queena, accompanied me to the Train station in the hotel car to ensure that I get there right. The extra effort Ms Daniella did to get me a room with AC working was amazing. I can not be that complimentary to the hotelcrooms though. Air-conditioning was hardly working and had to change rooms.

Faciliteiten: De kamer die we geboekt hebben, is een kamer met een kingsize bed en een eigen warmwaterbronbad. Er is een koffiezetapparaat, fruit, snacks en desserts op de kamer. Als u niet op de kamer bent, brengt de butler het met uw toestemming naar uw kamer. Het ontbijt 's ochtends is een buffet. Hoewel er niet veel variatie is, is het goed en heerlijk. Hygiëne: Als u 's ochtends vroeg afhaalmaaltijden bestelt en er olie op de grond ligt, komt een tante het meteen schoonmaken. Dat is echt attent. Omgeving: Het lijkt wel een resort. Er is een groot gazon, wat erg fotogeniek is. De omgeving is ook erg goed. Ze hebben ook een openbaar infinity zwembad, dat ook erg groot en schoon is. Service: Dit is het hoogtepunt. Van Xiaoxiao bij de receptie tot het kleine broertje dat ons op de eerste dag ophaalde, weten we alleen dat hij geen chauffeur is. Toen we op de t****e dag vertrokken, zagen we het kleine broertje weer en raadden we ons speelplekken aan. Onze butler Nana is ook supergoed. Ze is twee dagen niet opgekomen voor het ontbijt. Iemand belde ons om te vragen wat we wilden eten. We hebben het van tevoren klaargemaakt en we konden meteen gaan eten. Ze raadde ons aan waar we naartoe konden gaan en regelde een chauffeur die ons naar onze wensen zou brengen. Echt goede service is er niet. Er was ook een jonge dame, waarschijnlijk de huishoudster. Hoewel ik haar naam niet heb gevraagd, nam ze ons mee naar de grote suite, die ook erg leuk was. Tot slot gaf ze ons een souvenir toen we uitcheckten. Deze reis was erg prettig. Het zou een goed idee zijn om de volgende keer in de winter terug te komen.

This lovely hotel is as close as you can get to the Longmen Grottoes! Walk or take the hotel shuttle down the hill, and the river and grottoes are in front of you! Our room had great beds, 2 kinds of pillows (I love the buckwheat pillow, my friend prefers the regular pillow), cool air conditioning (it's hot in July), & excellent, powerful shower with high quality shampoo, etc. Although our Chinese language skills are poor, the staff were patient, helpful, & highly service-oriented, using apps to communicate with us. They explained the finer details of getting tickets to the grottoes & moving around the area. The extensive breakfast buffet was terrific, with a huge range of choices to satisfy all palates--I prefer Chinese breakfast foods, my friend prefers Western style breakfast. Both of us were full and happy, ready to climb all the stairs at the grottoes. It is necessary to mention the dinner restaurant at Dong Shang Hotel. It was excellent. Eggplant=100% fantastic! Cilantro salad=100% wow! I recommend their dinner restaurant even if you are not staying at their hotel.

Ze zijn efficiënt en proactief in het verlenen van assistentie. Het hotel biedt ook luchthaventransfers en autoverhuurservices, wat handig en attent is. Over het algemeen is het JW Marriott hotel Zhengzhou een hotel met uitstekende faciliteiten, goede service en een uitgebreide evaluatie. Als u overweegt om Zhengzhou te bezoeken, is dit hotel het overwegen waard.

I'd originally booked a few days, but a change in plans immediately after I arrived at the hotel meant I'd have to leave the next morning. When I informed the hotel, the staff were super friendly, supportive and very accommodating. Booking in had been easy, too, and throughout my stay, language was no barrier at all. The next morning, the staff helped me get a taxi to the train station. I'd have loved to stay a few days because--besides the greats ervice--the room was a top notch value. A very sleep-friendly bed, a beautifully designed bath and sink corridor, and a separate shower (if I'd needed it), plus comfortable chairs and a useful desk. In short--a really good room, and at a great price. No question at all: if I'm ever fortunate enough to return to Anyang. I'll be staying here.

可以自助辦理入住這個肯定，工作人員也很熱情，房間很大設計不錯，就是酒店超過1.1米早餐要補票，説實話去過無數親子酒店沒遇到過，早餐餐廳衹有一個，排長隊，餐廳太少又小。寄存行李很方便。不會再來的原因，主要是動物園太拉誇了，酋長之家就是坐大巴車看動物，還要預約一天衹能看一次，廣州長隆小火車看動物都可以無限次，陸地兩棲車排了四十分鐘就一些普通動物園都有的動物，動物行為展示也是普大同小異，到處都是圈錢的，遊樂設施也不好玩，大多數大型遊樂園都比這豐富，周邊小點小朋友可以來體驗。我們6歲多，去過珠海廣州長隆，野生動物園，很多動物園，大型遊樂場，進去一直説不好玩，還訂了兩天票，憂傷。一直給我説酋長之家一點也不好玩，為啥這麼多人，還要預約搶排隊瘋狂跑去。還有晚上煙花秀，媽呀，説是燈光秀不過分吧，但是燈光也很拉誇，煙花就沒幾下，就當出門溜個彎散散步隨便看一下，不要期待太大。説實話一大兩小1400多，很不值，反正不會來第二次了，後悔一萬次。還不如在清明上河園或者萬歲山多玩兩天，娃愛的很，後勁大。可能以後都不會想去這種遊樂園動物園了！由奢入儉難。

超級好，完全超預期！回家路過洛陽，想着逛逛龍門石窟，就近幾家店裡看這家店圖片很不錯又最便宜、就決定來試試，沒想到這麼好🥰首先服務很好、真誠熱情周到，其次裝修、硬件設施也比同價格的全季之類的精緻講究，關鍵早餐出品也很用心、這就很不容易了！早餐品種不算多，但是樣樣用心，能吃出來選材好以及烹飪的用心，我這個嘴挑的人都能吃飽吃好光盤、這個憑良心説很不容易，不像現在很多店粗製濫造充數的多、可入口的少，早餐的誠意真的把我感動到了，當即決定一定要給店家認真點評一下。我們全家都愛出遊，每年上到亞特蘭蒂斯瑰麗悦榕莊下到橘子水晶之類的各種酒店住得很多，像這家性價比這麼高還絕對水準做到這個程度的很少見，真心好評真誠推薦！

清晨一抹陽光照進來，為啥酒店圈有鄙視鏈，國際連號看不上國內連號，國際連號的度假型酒店又看不上它們體系城市的商旅型酒店。大部份來開封的遊客都是為景點而來，酒店衹是解決下車睡覺，洗澡的功能，從上一站洛陽希爾頓格芮精選，我是因為酒店去洛陽，到這一站開封西湖雅高瑞享，也是因為這個原因，再到下一站的襄陽洲際，同樣的原因。這三天在瑞享房間站在窗前，看到就是藍天，白雲，清澈的湖水，心情豁然開朗，找到一個天時，地理，人和都具備的度假型酒店，真的可以調節人的心情，提升人的審美段位。國內所謂的這景點，那景點，這一線城市，那一線城市，我都去的夠夠的，如果不是每年寒暑假帶着孩子出外旅居增長見識，我早把全國地圖最後一塊雲貴拼完了。瑞享的西湖宴想多説幾句，裝修，私密性，服務人員的形象和素質真的具備黑珍珠的底子，我這幾個月在全國瞎逛，不光是住這樣，那樣的國際連號或者國內連號，同樣也是美食探索學習之旅，從最北邊的齊齊哈爾龍江A5和牛肋眼和西冷，到北京王府井喜悦商場樓上的大董烤鴨的22天小雛鴨，到上海的梅隴鎮酒家，到武漢光谷的曲水蘭亭，湖錦酒樓，武漢天地的丹青宴，到南昌的春天來了，到長沙的新長福，到廈門的宴遇福建菜薈，到廣州的炳勝公館，到洛陽的真不同，最後到開封雅高瑞享的西湖宴。西湖宴的菜品還有潛力繼續挖掘的空間，希望西湖宴早日成為開封第一家黑珍珠授牌的餐廳，祝願客房的房價賣個好價格，每天天天滿房，讓滿房成為日常。最後喊話攜程，把雅高瑞享的名次多抬高，多曝光，多推薦，你們可以派專員實地看看，是不是像我這三天評論如實描述。

The hotel is new, clean and comfortable. Unfortunately the pool was closed due to a national holiday but otherwise all good.

房間夠大，設施還比較新，有窗通風，打掃及時，每天送水果，服務響應快，服務細節上感受到很關注客户體驗，比如，浴室有易滑換鞋提示，房卡和客房有Wi-Fi密碼提示，不用問前台了。大堂寬敞明亮，禮賓，前台，餐廳服務都很主動熱情友善。地下地上都有停車場免費。位置優越，去胖東來時代、天使、博物館，曹魏古城都是起步價。早餐品種還行，需要改進的就是炒菜不夠熱，還有過了8.30飯菜基本不再補充了，感覺在吃剩菜，早餐時間到9.30。
