"Останавливались в начале января, отель понравился. Номер с теплым полом в ванной комнате, работает отопление - ночью спали с открытым окном, нам было даже жарко. Посторонних запахов в номере нет. Завтраки отличные, каждый найдет что ему нравится, есть терраса, предположу что в теплое время года там тоже можно позавтракать. Отдельно отмечу сотрудников отеля - очень добродушные, готовы помочь в любой момент."

"We verbleven twee nachten in het hotel, drie kamers, alles is schoon, netjes, een heel fijn hotel, een mooi zwembad, volledige service bij het zwembad, cocktails, fruit en een handdoek. Het ontbijt is erg goed, rode vis, rode kaviaar, een ruime keuze aan desserts, vers fruit, goede koffie. Het is 25 minuten lopen naar het Registanplein, 1 euro met de taxi. Er zijn verschillende restaurants in de buurt van het hotel. Ik raad het aan, alles zal comfortabel zijn. Het personeel is beleefd en hoffelijk. De jongens zijn geweldig! P.S. Het hotel verkoopt geen alcohol of bier. (Maar er is een restaurant genaamd Old City tegenover het hotel, dat raden we aan.)"

"This is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. The breakfast was nourishing, the staff were super friendly and always asked me if I needed anything, the room was beautiful, and there was sufficient heating. I would come back to Samarkand just to stay here."

"Een fantastisch verblijf van 3 nachten in het Mövenpick hotel met alle voorzieningen. Het hotel ligt erg gunstig en dicht bij het Gour Emir monument (4-5 minuten lopen) en het Registan plein (15-16 minuten). Er zijn veel cafés en restaurants in de buurt van het hotel, aangezien we geen ontbijt bij het hotel hadden geboekt. Omdat we geen zin hebben om uit eten te gaan, hebben we twee keer heerlijk gegeten in restaurant Caramelle (echt sappige manti en smakelijke somsa en soepen). We hebben de sauna (de hammam was in reparatie) en de fitnessruimte geprobeerd. We hebben genoten van een drankje aan de poolbar. We kunnen het Mövenpick hotel in Samarkand dan ook van harte aanbevelen. De kamerprijzen zijn bovendien zeer betaalbaar voor een 4,5/5-sterrenhotel."

"Stayed 1 night . location is very good and near registan complex. it was off season january and hotel was undergoing some re decorations . wifi was off and kitchen closed due to off season but owner was very friendly and honest about it and upgraded room. Had a very good sleep and only off thing was water kettle broken. simple breakfast , but ok, again dueto off season, I reckon its very good in season. beutifull rooftop terrace which im sure is thriving in summer. can recommend"

"The room is very big and clean. Wide range of facilities. Reception gentlmen are quite helpful and can speak Eng well. Just 5-10 min walk to Ragistan Square and 3-5 min walk to the BibiHanim Musjid. Just remember to ask the hotel of Taxi drop off spot in advance. Because it's located in the tourist walking street, cars are forbbiden."

"Excellent location, generous service, and authentic charm near Registan. We stayed at Shahram Plus SH for one night, with a short extension, and had a wonderful experience. The location is excellent. It is in a quiet local neighborhood, just a short walking distance from Registan Square, the mausoleums, and the nearby bazaar. It feels peaceful and authentic while still being very convenient for sightseeing. The courtyard is beautiful and traditional, with a charming and authentic design that reflects the local culture. Our room was very large and spacious, easily accommodating three guests. It was beautifully decorated, well heated, and also equipped with air conditioning. There were plenty of outlets for charging devices, which is always appreciated while traveling. The bathroom was spacious and included a large bathtub and a western-style toilet. Free drinking water is available in the basement kitchen area, though guests need to bring their own bottles or cups. One thing we especially appreciated was the generosity of the staff. We explained that we had booked a night train departing after midnight and asked if a later check-out would be possible. They kindly offered us a much later check-out so we could relax and freshen up before heading to the station. We truly appreciated this flexibility. The staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly throughout our stay and treated us like part of their family. Breakfast was also very good. The dishes were local, freshly made, filling, and delicious. A couple small notes for future guests: the toilet paper may not meet Western European standards, so you may wish to be prepared. Also, the beds are quite firm. If you are a side sleeper, the firmness may take some adjustment. Aside from these minor points, the rest of our stay was excellent. We highly recommend this hotel for its location, authentic atmosphere, and the incredible service from the entire staff."

"Hotel itself was amazing. Very clean & posh. Breakfast was wide of selections. Swimming pool & spa was fun way to relax.  When we ask, they happily made us late check out. Very grateful! Vey much enjoyed staying.  Only downside was location, although it's close to a park, we found it hard to find yandex. It was quite expensive & took 10-15 mins to arrive. Since we have been using yandex many different cities, this time was the most hassle."
