"Ik moet zeggen dat we de receptionist 6 tot 5 sterren zouden geven. We moesten 's ochtends vroeg, rond 1 uur, de trein halen, dus we moesten ongeveer 4 uur in de lounge wachten. De receptionist, waar ik enorm veel respect voor heb en heel dankbaar voor ben, is de hele nacht bij ons gebleven, zonder rust, en heeft ons water gegeven en de verwarming aangezet. Uiteindelijk heeft hij ons geholpen met de communicatie met de chauffeur en onze bagage voor ons gedragen, zonder fooi (sorry, we hadden op dat moment geen contant geld). Het ontbijt was ook lekker en de kamer was schoon en netjes."

"Неплохой отель, новый и в нём всё как положено, пахнет и обслуживание на высоте. Рядом есть магазин. Находится он в пром зоне у «мкада» и прежде чем бронировать из-за аэропорта, посмотрите тот ли аэропорт. В общем зачетный отель"

"The hotel is located at a very convenient location right opposite to Shoh-I-Zinda complex. The other renowned complexes like Registan Square, Bibikhanum mausoleum...eyc are at a walking distance from the hotel. The facilities were great with a nice breakfast and the staff professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend this place."

"Stayed 1 night . location is very good and near registan complex. it was off season january and hotel was undergoing some re decorations . wifi was off and kitchen closed due to off season but owner was very friendly and honest about it and upgraded room. Had a very good sleep and only off thing was water kettle broken. simple breakfast , but ok, again dueto off season, I reckon its very good in season. beutifull rooftop terrace which im sure is thriving in summer. can recommend"

"Stayed at Mustafa Hotel in Samarkanda. The hotel opened only this year everything is absolutely new, fresh and works perfectly. I liked everything very much. What I would like to note separately: 1. The hotel itself is very beautiful and modern. The interior is designed to the small stylish, with taste, feels like they have put a soul. It's nice to be in the hall, in the rooms, in the common zones. Not just the ”table” cleanliness, but really beautiful design. 2. Excellent pool. Big plus for Samarkanda after a long day of heat walks it is very nice to swim. The pool is clean, tidy, with a comfortable rest area around. 3. Everything new. Since the hotel opened this year, there are no weared furniture, no rubbish coatings, no pipes with paddles. Everything works like clocks. It's a huge plus that overlaps many other moments. 4. The hotel is modern but cozy. Not a huge, faceless ”concrete box,” but a neat, thoughtful option for comfortable rest. In general, if you want to stay in a really new, beautiful hotel with a great swimming pool and stylish interior Mustafa Hotel, a great choice. I stayed very pleased."

"I didn't take pic of the room as it is basic but spacious enough. The hotel is strategically located in between various sightseeing sites. For travellers who opt for tram and bus, you choose the right location because opposite the hotel just accross the road, there is a tramvay stop and bus stop. Tramvay goes to and for the main train station if you are departing for Tashkent or Bukhara. While bus goes around the city. Take bus 22 to go around the city area such as Registan centre. Take bus 31 to and for airport. Really convenient, affordable, and I highly recommend it."

"The hotel isn't bad, it's clean inside, and they even provide toiletries like a razor. However, breakfast is a real disaster (the fried eggs were cold, meaning they were just sitting there ready and not warmed up, the buffet was meager, and they used the cheapest products – the cheapest bad cheese, bad sausage). Plus, the cottage cheese was spoiled, and the coffee was sour. When I needed water, an employee poured it into my glass from a 0.5L bottle. Breakfast: 0/10. I wouldn't choose this hotel a second time."

"Excellent location, generous service, and authentic charm near Registan. We stayed at Shahram Plus SH for one night, with a short extension, and had a wonderful experience. The location is excellent. It is in a quiet local neighborhood, just a short walking distance from Registan Square, the mausoleums, and the nearby bazaar. It feels peaceful and authentic while still being very convenient for sightseeing. The courtyard is beautiful and traditional, with a charming and authentic design that reflects the local culture. Our room was very large and spacious, easily accommodating three guests. It was beautifully decorated, well heated, and also equipped with air conditioning. There were plenty of outlets for charging devices, which is always appreciated while traveling. The bathroom was spacious and included a large bathtub and a western-style toilet. Free drinking water is available in the basement kitchen area, though guests need to bring their own bottles or cups. One thing we especially appreciated was the generosity of the staff. We explained that we had booked a night train departing after midnight and asked if a later check-out would be possible. They kindly offered us a much later check-out so we could relax and freshen up before heading to the station. We truly appreciated this flexibility. The staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly throughout our stay and treated us like part of their family. Breakfast was also very good. The dishes were local, freshly made, filling, and delicious. A couple small notes for future guests: the toilet paper may not meet Western European standards, so you may wish to be prepared. Also, the beds are quite firm. If you are a side sleeper, the firmness may take some adjustment. Aside from these minor points, the rest of our stay was excellent. We highly recommend this hotel for its location, authentic atmosphere, and the incredible service from the entire staff."

"We were very satisfied with our stay at this hotel. Although it’s rated 4 stars, it offers amenities and service comparable to some 5-star hotels. Our room was spacious, featuring a balcony, a spotless bathroom, and four complimentary bottles of water although we are a couple. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, arranging our private visit to the SPA and swimming pool, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Breakfast was delicious, with a wider and better selection than some nearby 5-star hotels. The only downsides were the location of the rooms, which are separate from the main building, the absence of an elevator, and open-air corridors connecting the rooms to the dining and SPA areas. This can be uncomfortable during colder months like February, so dressing warmly is advisable. This hotel is definitely THE BEST DEAL you can find in the area and it's just 10 minutes walk from the main attraction in Samarkand."

"This is a wonderful small boutique hotel located in a historical ditrict of samarkand (so called ”Russian Samarkand”). major sightseeings are not the next door.. but not far away... Personnel is very helpful and attentive. Rooms are adequately sized and have almost all the necessary amenities. They serve a plentiful and tasty breakfast buffet(unfortunately, some hot dishes turned out to be cold... hope that was a one-off case). in general - highly recommended hotel.."
