Hotel was oké for a flight layover. I had an issue with the shuttle service I waited for almost 2.5 hours to be picked up and each time i called they said they were on there way and finally they said oh the driver did not see me. Finally when I see him he had an attitude….. even in the return trip to the airport he had an attitude in the car like someone ate his breakfast…. On check out there was a guy at the reception, he was super friendly and great sorry I don’t remember his name but if he reads this, he know. We spoked about traveling and Mexican food, he made the overall experience worth it and people like these we need more in the hospitality service

Over het algemeen ben ik zeer tevreden over de ober die altijd lacht en me geeft waar ik om vroeg. De kamer is relatief groot en het ontbijt is goed en de prijs is goedkoop. Vanwege taalcommunicatieproblemen heb ik bij het bestellen een item minder besteld. Als gevolg hiervan leverde de volgende klas het niet-succesvolle item direct af en zei dat het van hen was. De fout is zeer ontroerend 👌

Dit hotel ligt op 19,2 km van Mystic Lake Casino en op 20,1 km van Mississippi. Profiteer zoveel mogelijk van recreatieve voorzieningen, met onder meer een binnenzwembad en een bubbelbad. I’ve stayed here dozens of times. This stay we had no heat in our room. At checkout I told the front desk he should have maintenance check our room heater. I had a picture of the thermostat and showed him the air temp in the room was a chilly 62 degrees. He responded by saying they had turned off the boilers yesterday because it was warm outside. I told him that was ridiculous and wondered why they were not turned on again for the night. When I told him we woke in the middle of the night and we were cold, he simply stated we should have called the front desk and they would have brought us a space heater. I told him that’s ridiculous and 62-63 degrees is unacceptable. He offered no other solution, apology, or a credit of any sort. This is very disappointing as most of my other stays here were just fine.

Good for the price. A little worn in places, but well equipped. Appreciated the room had a microwave. The staff at the front desk were all very helpful and are probably the best thing about this hotel. I did have a package delivered to the front desk prior to my arrival. Unfortunately, it seemed to have gone missing. Potentially taken by someone or given away in error. Not a huge issue, and I don't expect them to take responsibility, but the young lady who helped me was very apologetic.

Grote plek voor iedereen die de Mayo Clinics ... mooi, grote kamers, comfortabele bedden, magnetron en kleine koelkast voor uitgebreide verblijf behoeften. Erg goed ontbijt. Alleen negatief was het super-LOW toilet.

I did not realize Indigo was part of the IHG chain, but now are fully aware of the Indigo brand. The hotel check in was on the 2nd floor and parking was inconvenient with construction. The height into the covered parking was not very high. We were fortunate to find one of the last spots. The three different Indigo staff that we met were extremely friendly to meeting our needs. The hotel maid (room service attendant) also assisted us with additional needs. Our last night at the hotel. We witnessed about 25 college students carelessly riding the motorized scooter (Lime) in the streets disrupting traffic, pedestrians, and compromising safety of the city of Rochester for about 30 minutes. There was not a single law enforcement present after the incident. It not only affected Indigo, but also Hilton and Hilton Garden Inn. My bad for not taking a video of this.

I chose to book here because the Intercontinental offers room service which is hard to find in other hotels. The room we booked was a private access river view room with breakfast, I thought there would be a different lift (my kid is loud) and I was wrong. We used the same elevator but needed a swipe card to get to our floor. We didn't have a phone in our room, which was weird, however, the front desk texted us and sent someone immediately to handle our room service order, which was great. The room is not very big. Room service and breakfast were great and reasonably priced, and we liked their staff service and food service the most. By the way, parking is valet only and it's not easy to find parking on the streets near the city center.

GGuest UserSo many issues to list: 1) I had booked a non-smoking room - the hotel did a bait-and-switch and gave me a smoking room instead. 2) The AC unit was barely functional, the room temperature never got below 84 degrees. 3) The bathtub drain was essentially non-functional, taking in excess of 20 minutes to drain after showering. 4) The A.D.A. grab bar in the shower was loose and wobbly, hanging by a couple screws. 5) Half of the ice machines were non-functional, and the other half were absolutely disgusting with dirt and rust. 6) Complimentary breakfast consisted of a barely lit dirty room, with a gallon of milk set out on the counter for who knows how long. And several other minor problems.

Amazing
Absolutely wonderful. I am super picky and my friends all stayed at other hotels in for a wedding. I was last minute and didn’t like what I had seen in the other hotels my friends were at so I walked down to check out this one and I was so happy I did! Love love love it. Clean and cozy and felt like an adults on the interior furnishings. Other hotels have cheap furniture and feel like dorm rooms. I was really have with this choice all the way around!!! I will definitely be back and can’t wait for their new spa to open!! Staff was great too and hotel was decorated lovely for Christmas! Great price also!
