I was informed that my booking was not paid when I have actually paid in advance through trip.com. The receptionist at that time was not very fluent in english so I had problems communicating. Thankfully they let me check in for the night but they said that I might need to pay during checkout tomorrow. I was very grateful that my sister was able to connect to the Trip.com customer service at Singapore and was able to resolve this issue. The other receptionist that I met during checkout was more fluent in English and was very helpful with helping us with the issue. I managed to resolve this and was able to enjoy my breakfast with ease

I booked the single room on the ground floor. Very spacious with a queen size bed. But at night the loud music from the club nearby can be heard. Other than that, location is excellent with loads of dining options and walkable to the shopping area. Also walkable to the largest mosque in Ankara. The breakfast spread is very delicious. The hotel manager, Sezgin, is very obliging and responsive. Nilufar at the reception is very helpful with information. I would stay here again if i return to Ankara.

De reisorganisatie was erg goed, ze boden een uitstekende service. Alles in het hotel waar ik verbleef was erg goed, ik vond het topklasse. Ik was zeer tevreden, dank u wel.

I had a pleasant stay at Çankaya Suit Hotel during my trip to Ankara. The location is peaceful and convenient, with shops and cafes nearby, and it’s easy to reach the rest of the city. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained — perfect for a short stay. The hotel felt safe and quiet, which was ideal for relaxing after a busy day out. There was a bit of a language barrier, as some of the staff didn’t speak much English, but they were still polite and tried their best to assist. Overall, it’s a good value-for-money option in a nice area of Ankara. I’d definitely consider staying again!

Half an hour from the city center. The rooms are fine, but we were having higher expectations coming from a Radisson Blu. However, the breakfast was amazing!! Great buffet with plenty options and A La Carté dishes they will made for you. A good choice if you want to have a great start in the morning

Het hotel is schoon, modern en heeft een geweldige locatie. Het personeel spreekt geen Engels, maar het inchecken en het krijgen van hulp verliepen snel en gemakkelijk, ondanks de taalbarrière. De kamer is niet erg groot, maar het was desondanks een zeer comfortabel verblijf.

Het was een goed hotel, niet op alle vlakken 5 sterren maar prima voor 10 dagen. Het ontbijt was zeer goed, veel keuze alleen doordat het niet elke dag druk was waren sommige warme gerechten niet zo warm meer. Kamer klein maar voldoende. Het bijbehorende restaurant niet een aanrader, bediening slecht. Mooi uitzicht vanaf onze kamer op de 13e verdieping.

Het hotel was erg schoon. Ik boekte de kamer inclusief ontbijt, en er was een ruime keuze in vergelijking met andere hotels, en het was erg lekker. Ik zou hier graag weer verblijven als ik naar Ankara kom. Dankjewel!

Our stay at Warwick Ankara was truly exceptional! The hotel is in a great location, close to shops, restaurants, and everything you might need while in Ankara. The area felt safe and vibrant, perfect for both business and leisure. A special thank you to Salim at the front desk, who made our experience even better. He was incredibly welcoming, professional, and went above and beyond by upgrading our room to a more spacious and comfortable one. That gesture really made our stay memorable. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very quiet. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the overall ambiance of the hotel was classy and elegant. The service throughout was top-notch—friendly, attentive, and efficient. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Ankara. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location, walking distance from metro and many convenience store close-by. Staff is friendly and helpful. Room would benefit from minor uplifting though. Breakfast spread is definitely a plus
