I’d definitely recommend this hotel. The service is professional, the staff are friendly and attentive, and everything runs smoothly from check-in to check-out. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the overall experience makes guests feel comfortable and well taken care of.

What a great find! Lovely hotel in a convenient location. Genuinely helpful and knowledgable staff. Good service and all food/drink beautifully presented with care and attention to detail. We had a classic king room, comfortable big bed and chaise , beautiful yet simple decor, with a nod to the 1930's art deco style , spacious acccommodation, modern bathroom with quality fittings, well equipped room with safe, minibar, coffee machine, desk, plenty of hanging space/ drawers, range of lighting to create different moods. close to train station, tram stop and 106 bus stop from airport , yet quiet overnight. Had spa facilities to ourselves on the two occasions we used them during a 4 night stay - Jacuzzi, sauna, turkish and attached Gym. Chocolate time was an added bonus. Decor in attached cafe and restaurant also lovely. Staff advised hotel was recently refurbished. Really good value accommodation- great base for a city break. Wrocław is a wonderful city (As a traveller from UK it is a ' hidden gem') and we hope to be back soon. Would choose this hotel again.

Het personeel was buitengewoon vriendelijk. Het ontbijt was fantastisch. Alles was heerlijk en vers. De keuze aan producten was enorm. De kamer was schoon en geluiddicht. De water- en koffie- en theefaciliteiten waren bescheiden, maar je kon altijd om bijvulling vragen. De badkamer was schoon en had een bad, wat ik erg fijn vond. Het hotel ligt dicht bij het treinstation en het stadscentrum. Tramhaltes zijn vlakbij, dus je kunt overal goedkoop komen. Een klein minpuntje is het tv-aanbod, dat erg bescheiden is. Een pluspunt is de extra verwarming in de badkamer! Een degelijk, schoon hotel met een heerlijk ontbijt op een ideale locatie. Ik kan het van harte aanbevelen!

Single night with family 2+1, all good, no complains at all

The hotel is about a 10 min walk from Wroclaw train station, and also about a 10 minute walk to the old town square where the Christmas market was. Perfectly situated I must say. The room was well maintained, and I really appreciated the wall in the bathroom that was heated (warm towel and clothes after shower in winter = bliss). The staff were all very friendly and helpful, sharing with us the map of the attractions and also bringing to our attention all shops would be closed on Sundays l. We had the most enjoyable stay here.

Personale gentile e disponibile, pronti a risolvere le problematiche in breve tempo. Hotel in posizione centralissima. Camera molto bella e pulita. Assolutamente consigliato.

The staff were amazing whom I spoke with, they went above and beyond and helped me with every question and query I had.

The location couldn't be better. Everything was very quick and self-service. I expected a fridge in the apartment, but there wasn't one. I didn't look into it beforehand, as I assumed it would be standard. I had a problem on the first night with the lighting and air conditioning in the room because it's not easy for guests to figure out, and there are no instructions. The bathroom light is sensor-activated and takes an incredibly long time to turn off. The air conditioning is turned on and off with a master switch. The worst part was the bedside reading lamps. I pressed all the buttons, and they wouldn't turn off for anything. In the end, I had to turn off a master power switch that controls both the air conditioning and these lights (what's the logic in them being linked?!). As a result, I had to leave the windows slightly open and suffered with street noise all night and woke up to a strong smell of cigarette smoke. A precious night wasted. The service was good, not great, as there were apologies but no attempt to make things right. The mattress is too soft, and the pillows are completely fluffy, causing a lot of discomfort. Strategisch gelegen in de oude stad, naast de Wieża Kościoła Garnizonowego p.w. św. Elżbiety Węgierskiej. Tijdens mijn verblijf van twee nachten in Wrocław was er geen extra openbaar vervoer nodig. Het personeel is over het algemeen vriendelijk en beleefd. Het ontbijt kost PLN 70 per persoon als u het vooraf via de receptie bestelt. Het is elke cent waard met de uitgebreide selectie en de gezellige eetkamer. Al met al een uitstekende verblijfservaring, alleen de kamer zou een luchtverfrisser kunnen gebruiken; naar mijn smaak een beetje muf.

Gezellige kamer, toilet en keuken die echt belangrijk zijn! Zeer goed communiceerd en handig voor alle personeel zoals Julia, Angelica en Michal. Goed afstand tot het grote mooie park en historische kerken. Twee duimen omhoog voor het hostel.
