BEL ZE VOORDAT U NAAR HET HOTEL GAAT OM TE BEVESTIGEN. Boeking was niet bevestigd volgens de receptie. Toen ik incheckte kreeg ik te horen dat de boeking niet bevestigd was op het systeem van Zuri Management. Blijkbaar kwamen deze problemen terug, aangezien ik ook nog eens 3-4 andere reizigers tegenkwam die hetzelfde ervaarden. Deze mensen boekten via Agoda, Booking en ik boekte via Trip. Het leek erop dat het Zuri-management hun overboekingsproblemen niet aankan. Het is maar goed dat ze nog een kamer voor ons beschikbaar hebben. Ze lieten me echter opnieuw betalen, ondanks dat er al kosten in rekening waren gebracht. Iemand zou de verantwoordelijkheid voor deze kwestie moeten nemen. Het is echter jammer dat sommige reizigers dit gedoe hebben meegemaakt en sommigen hebben zelfs een PWD en senior bij zich.

My stay was nothing short of excellent. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the ideal location, which made it easy to access local attractions. The culinary experience was a highlight—every dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. Combined with the beautiful property and attentive staff, it made for a truly memorable and delightful visit. I will definitely be returning.

Courteous staffs. Check in and check out is fast. The room is clean and with new sets of white towels and bed sheets. The room size is enough for 2 person. The location is good as it is near the food establishments and coffee shops. The only missing is it would be nice to have a facial tissue in the room.

Ik heb genoten van mijn verblijf in Henann Regency Resort and Spa. De service van de luchthaven naar het hotel verliep probleemloos. De medewerkers zijn erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het buffet was ook erg goed. Ik kan dit hotel van harte aanbevelen voor een bezoek aan Boracay. Tot ziens in januari 2026!

Small good if you want just sea and sleep perfect.food is nice. We also requested extra bedsheets, pillows, and a blanket, and they asked for an additional charge. This was not pleasant. While most places charge around 500 pesos, they asked for 1,500 pesos, which we believe is absolutely not worth it. Overall, the room, sleep quality, breakfast area, the sea, and the pool are nice. The pool is mainly suitable for diving activities, and there are constant training sessions taking place. In general, the hotel is acceptable, but it does not justify the extra charges.

Hannah Hotel in Boracay (Station 1) is a budget-friendly boutique hotel known for its great location near White Beach, friendly staff, and cozy atmosphere. It’s ideal for travelers who value affordability and convenience over luxury. However, Rooms and facilities are basic, with occasional issues like weak WiFi, small bathrooms, or older furnishings. There’s no elevator, and amenities are limited.

My experience at the Henann Garden Resort in Boracay was simply spectacular! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and contagious friendliness from the entire staff. The service is, without a doubt, one of the hotel's highlights – everyone is incredibly helpful, attentive, and always ready to assist with a genuine smile. The hotel is extremely clean and well-maintained. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and impeccably tidied up daily. Cleanliness is taken very seriously, which gives guests a huge sense of confidence and tranquility. The location is also fantastic – right in the heart of Station 2, close to everything, yet with a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere. The pools are wonderful and very well-kept, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. Breakfast is another highlight: very varied, with delicious options for every taste – from Asian to Western dishes, all fresh and flavorful. It really makes you want to enjoy every morning there. Without a doubt, an excellent stay! I highly recommend Henann Garden to anyone looking for comfort, a great location, and top-notch service. I will definitely return.

Mijn verblijf in het hotel was een gemengde ervaring. Aan de ene kant was de locatie ideaal voor mij. Gelegen op slechts 30 seconden lopen van de rustigere kant van het witte strand, voldeed het aan mijn primaire criterium. Het is echter vermeldenswaard dat er hotels direct aan het strand liggen, wat dit niet is. Het is slechts een straat verderop, een klein ongemak aangezien ik vooral een plek nodig had om uit te rusten. Helaas liet het hotel zelf veel te wensen over. De wifi was meer een frustratie dan een gemak, omdat deze tijdens mijn verblijf nauwelijks functioneerde. Bovendien betekende mijn ligging op de eerste verdieping dat ik weinig tot geen mobiele netwerkontvangst had, wat de verbindingsproblemen nog verergerde. Afgezien van de technische tekortkomingen, miste de kamer de gezellige sfeer waar ik naar verlang tijdens het reizen. Het voelde onpersoonlijk en miste de huiselijke sfeer die mijn verblijf aangenamer had kunnen maken. Als gevolg daarvan verliet ik gretig de beslotenheid van de kamer, maar voelde ik me terughoudend om terug te keren. Kortom, voor reizigers die uitsluitend op zoek zijn naar de nabijheid van het strand, biedt dit hotel een gunstige locatie. Degenen die een naadloze connectiviteit en een comfortabel toevluchtsoord verwachten, kunnen echter teleurgesteld zijn. Denk goed na over uw prioriteiten voordat u boekt.

Staff super friendly and helpful i like them specially the morning shift in concierge counter. Very accesible in Everything you need. We book 2pax only but gave us 1 queen bed and 1 single for the comfort my family. Thanks a lot. Where coming back soon.
