The legend and classic vibe of Royale Chulan. Very satisfied with the room, service and breakfast buffet. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staffs are friendly and accommodate. Location is good, nearby mosque, mall, town and KTM. The downside maybe the old pillow and flat, which hotel need to change it. Parking provided for hotel guest. Overall this place is cozy and comfortable to stay. My sister always chose to stay at Royale Chulan for every Raya celebration in Seremban.

Omdat we veel eerder aankwamen, liepen we naar het strand en vonden we een plek voor doerians. We kochten er twee om te proeven. Ze waren lekker en we kregen er mangosteen en kokosnoot bij. We namen de kinderen mee naar de binnenspeeltuin, die vrij klein was, dus ze verveelden zich al na een uur. Het inchecken verliep soepel en snel. We kregen kamers naast elkaar zoals gevraagd, inclusief wifi. De kinderen genoten van de buggyrit naar de villa. De kamer was enorm met twee kingsize bedden, vergelijkbaar met twee hotelkamers. Het privézwembad was het hoogtepunt, want de kinderen genoten er elke dag van. Drankjes in de koelkast waren gratis en werden dagelijks aangevuld. Het ontbijtbuffet bood een ruime keuze, zelfs de lunch bij Roselle Coffee House was geweldig! We hebben ook gegeten bij het Japanse restaurant Umi. De portie was groot, goed om te delen en niet duur. Coffee Coralz Bistro bood ook taarten en gebak aan. Je kunt er gemakkelijk iets afhalen. We gingen naar de populaire Lucky King Bun en bezochten ook de ananasboerderij Sky Ladder, een behoorlijk interessante plek. Over het algemeen hebben we genoten van het 3D2N-verblijf en raden we het ten zeerste aan voor gezinnen en stellen 👍🏼👍🏼

So far we are very happy to stay in Raia Beach Resort. Front desk receptionist was very friendly when we were check in. The room was very clean, bright and pleasant fresher ever. Even though we are near the pool area and the beach but the sound prove of the room very good we don’t hear any noises from outside.  We were staying at block E very near to the gate to the public beach. We feel very secured bcos the the gate too the public beach is hotel room card operate and the operating hour is 7am-7pm other time is closed even you use card to tap also will not open if is outside the operating hour. 👍 The buffet breakfast I will not said fantastic but I think for the price of hotel with breakfast I would said is value for money. Breakfast was everyday got Nasi Lemak but different type of curry chicken, hot chicken nuggets, chicken sausages, baked beans, Chinese porridge with different type of side dishes, toast, egg station, noodle soup station, everyday 2 type of cakes (I.e. butter cakes and marble cakes), Kuih, fruits, juices and coffee & tea.  I think is just good enough for me.  The staff very kind and friendly. I think the resort just took over by new management as we can see at night the staffs still try to put up some safety measures I.e. safety at pool area, life guard station and towel station. The resort very convenient to the nearby makan stalls and convenience stall. I would recommend friends & relative to stay at this resort.  Thank you management and the staffs for up keeping the resort neat and clean. Please keep up with the good work. I think i wasn't given the Superior Room as depicted when i made the reservation. But somehow i didn't make a fuss as the room was still spacious & comfortable, and i was given a room early at 1pm & was just staying for 1 night. The location was good, close to eateries & amenities, and walkable to the public beach. Breakfast was so so & held in a temporary function room as the Coffee House was undergoing a renovation. But they started serving only at 7.45am even though the official time was 7.00am. Overall, a satisfactory stay.

We had an overall pleasant stay at Avilion Port Dickson, especially enjoying its unique architecture and relaxing seaside atmosphere. The staff were friendly and the resort still carries a charming, resort-style vibe that makes it suitable for a short getaway. We stayed at Lisboa (Room 3xx with sea view), which offered a nice view, though during our stay in January 2026 the resort was quite crowded. This affected the overall tranquility, especially in common areas. Additionally, some parts of the building feel a little dated, and more regular maintenance would definitely help enhance the guest experience. For future visitors, I would recommend Tumasek (Room 9xx) instead, as it offers a clearer view of the water and better access to a nicer, cleaner beach area, which seems more enjoyable and scenic. Overall, Avilion Port Dickson is still a lovely resort with great potential, but improved maintenance and better crowd management during peak periods would make the stay even more enjoyable.

De kamer is in een meer traditionele stijl ingericht en zou een hotel van iets oudere leeftijd moeten zijn. Wij zijn een gezin en kozen voor een tweepersoonsbed van 1,8 meter groot. Het is groot genoeg om in te wonen zonder het gevoel te hebben dat het druk is. De kamer bevindt zich op de t****e verdieping van de kleine villawijk met uitzicht op zee, een kamer met zeezicht en een onafhankelijk zwembad. Het hotel heeft ook speelfaciliteiten voor kinderen, waterspeelplaatsen en een groot strand waar toeristen kunnen spelen en ontspannen. Ontbijt is gewoon goed.

Decent hotel with affordable rate.Have quite nice swimming pool.The room is spacious.Overall exprience is ok,no bad reviews however nothing to be highlighted as well.Worth the money.

De kamer was prima, geschikt voor gezinnen! Dank aan de hotelmanager voor de gratis kamerupgrade. De lobby van het hotel wordt momenteel gerenoveerd en ook de speeltuin wordt gerepareerd. Als die klaar is, zal het er vast heel comfortabel zijn. Het zwembad was prima schoon! Het ligt op loopafstand van het strand! Bovendien kun je er afhaalmaaltijden bestellen, wat erg handig is. Er waren veel kleine krabben op het strand!! Het is vooral prachtig als je een romantische zonsondergang meemaakt!! Het zeewater is overdag niet geweldig; de getijden zijn erg merkbaar (haha, ik zeg maar wat er in me opkomt...). Al met al was het een fijne ervaring en het verblijf in het hotel was comfortabel.

Alles is oké, het ontbijt is heerlijk. Zwembad Ik kan van 19.00 tot 20.00 uur zwemmen op vrijdag en zondag, mijn zoon vindt zwemmen prima. Haha. Dit hotel heeft toegang tot het strand. De zonsondergang is geweldig. De fitnessruimte heeft maar één loopband. Hopelijk kunnen ze er in de toekomst nog twee toevoegen.

Dit hotel ligt een beetje ver het bos in. Het hotel zelf is prima, de kinderen willen hier graag verblijven omdat het zwembad eigenlijk een klein waterpretpark is. Je kunt niet in de zee zwemmen, want er zijn veel rotsen. Als je wilt zwemmen, moet je een stukje lopen. Maar zelfs dan is de zee nog niet geschikt om in te zwemmen. Als je wilt zwemmen, kun je beter in het Teluk Kemang Hotel verblijven.
