"Overall this hotel is great. They got cafe that sell snacks that open 24hrs. The room is quite spacious for family or 3. They also got gym (level1) and laundry that got iron, washer and dryer (level 2). For parking you can park near the hotel or restaurant nearby. Receptionist showed great attitude 👍🏻"

We recently stayed at Tok Aman Bali Beach Resort with our family and had a very pleasant experience. The resort offers a peaceful environment with beautiful views, making it a great place to relax and spend quality time together.
The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable for the whole family. The kids especially enjoyed the swimming pool, while we appreciated the calm atmosphere around the resort.
The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which made the experience even better. Breakfast had a good variety.

Had a really pleasant stay at Renai Hotel Kota Bharu. The hotel is in a very strategic location, making it convenient to get around the city.
The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. The breakfast was also one of the highlights, with plenty of choices including local Kelantanese dishes.
Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The hotel may have an older style, but the hospitality, comfort and convenient location more than made up for it.
Would definitely consider staying here again when visiting Kota Bharu! 😊

Shima_sanExcellent service. As soon as we arrived at the lobby, the staff immediately opened and closed the car door for us. I've never encountered such service at any other hotel. Keep it up! The room even had a bathtub and a shower cubicle. Sarongs (kain pelikat) and prayer mats were provided for prayers. The room view was also beautiful. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Kota Bharu. The breakfast selection was extensive and delicious.

NU.SHI liked that it is near the river, it is calming to see the view and the river flow and people playing jet ski in Kelantan river, it's calming. the staff is accomodating and helpful, but it is an old hotel so the room may show the sign of it like the condition of wallpaper. the breakfast is great tho with nice variety and it's good

The facilities were good and convenient for families, and the location made it easy to get around Kota Bharu. The staff were friendly, polite and helpful, and the overall service was efficient and professional.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and felt that the hotel offered good value for money. It is a comfortable and family-friendly place to stay in Kota Bharu. We would be happy to stay here again on our next visit and would recommend it to other travellers.

Anonymous UserHad a solid stay overall. Check-in and check-out were fast, and the receptionist was welcoming. The building is old style, but the room and bathroom were comfortable.
Only shampoo and shower gel are provided. Bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste. Parking is available but very limited.
Iron is available but had burnt residue on it from a previous guest, so I couldn't use it.
Breakfast buffet is decent and gets the job done. Gym and pool area were quiet, but the pool water wasn't clear. There is also a paid massage chair in the lobby.
A hassle-free option if you just need a reliable place to stay.

The hotel is located on a small square that's quiet during the day but hosts a lively night market every evening, mainly with food. Sometimes it's a big market with clothes, jewelry, and music, other times smaller with just food. The covered market and a large Islamic supermarket are also nearby.
The hotel itself has very friendly and helpful staff. Next door is their own restaurant with excellent Eastern and Western food.
The rooms are large, clean, and have decent showers.
They don't offer scooter rental, which is generally quite difficult to find in Kota Bharu. We arranged ours through +60 17-908 4063 on WhatsApp, 'Sewa Motor Kota Bharu by Hera'. They offered airport pick-up.

Yvonne@0126We stayed at the Crown Garden Hotel for two nights and had a lovely experience overall. The room was clean, spacious, and nicely decorated, with comfortable bedding that made for a great night’s sleep. The staff were attentive and friendly from check-in to check-out, always ready to help with recommendations for local restaurants and attractions.
The breakfast buffet had a good variety of options, though it did get a bit crowded during peak hours. The garden area mentioned in the hotel’s name lived up to expectations — a peaceful spot to relax with a coffee in the morning or unwind in the evening.
A few minor drawbacks: the Wi-Fi was a little spotty in some parts of the building, and the elevator was slow during busy times. Nothing major, but worth noting.

which is right in the middle of downtown makes it a good choice but the downside is parking is always a problem . There are probably 4 reserved spots for hotel guests only and you need to drive around the street several times bwdire wven finding a spot to park. Amenities are basic. Hotel is small so there is no buffet breakfast area. At best there is packed breakfast in the lobby and you pick it up and eat in your bedroom
