ロケーションやサービス、清潔ぐあいは完璧です。
ケーブルカーも無料で乗れますし、ピピラの丘まで15秒ぐらいで行けます。
ただ熱いお湯が出ず、水しか出なかったので、お風呂に入れず、洗面所も水が全部溜まり、水回りだけが残念でした。

酒店距離城市中心非常近，附近餐廳也很多。晚上特別熱鬧，房間的隔音一般，在房間裏可以清晰的聽到外面嘈雜的聲音，我男朋友覺得有些吵，但我還挺喜歡偶爾聽聽這種熱鬧歡樂的氛圍的。酒店有一部電梯，但我們的房間衹能從樓梯走，如果你有個很重的行李箱的話這其實不太方便。我們房間門口有一些座椅，幾個員工坐在上邊聊天，我們在房間裏可以清晰的聽到她們的聲音，我不確定她們是否也能聽清我們在屋裡的對話。並且第二天一大早她們就又在那裡聊天，我是被她們的聊天聲吵醒的。希望酒店可以讓她們不要在有客人入住的房間門口聊天。

とても可愛らしいホテルでした。
ホテルに入ってから部屋に向かうまでの道も作りがオシャレで素敵でした。
部屋は広めでした。外側の窓はありませんでしたが、中庭？向きの窓がありました。wifiも問題なし。アメニティも必要最低限のものはあったと思います。
場所はグアナファトの街を回るのに便利な場所です。ちょっと大変ですがピピラの丘も歩いていけます。

Googleの口コミでトコジラミがいたというのを見たので心配していましたが、結果として私が泊まった部屋にはいませんでした。
価格が安いわりにホテル全体がとても清潔で、水のプレゼントや豊富な種類のコーヒーマシンもあり、満足しています。
街中からは離れていますが、街自体が小さいのでそれほど遠くもなく、Uberを使えば簡単に行き来できます。
もしまたサンミゲルデアジェンデに来ることがあれば泊まると思います。

Room had no bedroom slippers, coffee tea making services - none of the usual or basic amenities provided by hotels. The worst was the shower area. Water leaks out to outside area till the carpeted floor. The bathroom area was run down. No hot water at the water basin. No stopper found for Water basin/sink . The bathroom had a window pane opening out and not supported by a ventilator . Cold at night .

然後最離譜的是，玩兒文字遊戲 入住清單寫的常規早餐，到了以後跟我説限定種類，吃其他的菜品還要額外補錢，我都服了，去了馬來西亞 新加坡 泰國 阿聯酋...那麼多國家住過各種品牌檔次的酒店，第一次聽説早餐還搞區別對待，墨西哥城的酒店也沒帶這麼玩兒的，我跟前台男的講道理，他跟我説想投訴就投訴，服了
城市風景不錯，酒店真心影響心情，不會再訂了

De locatie is werkelijk fantastisch, pal naast de Basiliek van Onze-Lieve-Vrouw van Guanajuato, met een minibushalte direct voor de deur. Vanaf het centraal station kunt u een minibus naar het stadscentrum nemen, of rechtstreeks naar het centraal station met de bruin/blauwe bus met de aanduiding ”central de Autobuses” voor slechts 11 pesos. Andere bussen rijden naar bezienswaardigheden zoals het Mummy Museum La Momias.
Voorzieningen: De kamer is vrij eenvoudig, maar heeft alles wat u nodig heeft en de hygiëne is acceptabel. Er is zelfs een capsulekoffiezetapparaat. Over het algemeen is de prijs zeer redelijk.
Service: De mannelijke receptionist spreekt uitstekend Engels. Vroeg inchecken is niet mogelijk. Het ontbijt bestaat uit verschillende soorten fruit, melk en muesli, gesneden brood en een extra menu-item.

Bbm998I stayed one night at the Hilton Garden Inn Silao Aeropuerto Bajio for a business trip and was overall very pleased with the experience. The standout feature for me was the extremely comfortable bed—perfect for getting a restful night's sleep before a busy day.
The free airport shuttle was another big plus. I called as soon as I landed, and the shuttle arrived within 10 minutes—fast, convenient, and stress-free.
While the stay was generally very good, I did notice the bathroom cleanliness could use a bit more attention, especially around the small details. The toilet was also clogged upon arrival, which was a minor inconvenience.
That said, the value for the price was excellent, and despite those small issues, I would definitely return for future business trips. With a bit more attention to bathroom maintenance, this would be a near-perfect stay.

DDale StrackHotel staff are incredibly helpful and very accommodating. Parking is available and a must have when staying in San Miguel Allende. Breakfast from 9-11 included eggs cooked for you, not the usual you would have expected like cereal etc. The area is relatively quiet, we slept like babies. The location is an an easy and inexpensive cab ride from the hotel and the best way to travel back and forth from the city. Beautiful environment that lives up to its name, MANSION SAN MIGUEL ALLENDE!!!!

AAnonymous UserExcellent hotel, very comfortable & spacious room. Plenty of hbo channels & was easy to change language preference. The frigobar functioned perfectly & kept my frozen food frozen.
I heard some music for a short while, but it wasn’t late. I found the breakfast above average as the chef knows how to prepare eggs nicely (not pulverized or overcooked to minuscule crumbs), but the orange juice didn’t seem authentic.
Hotel staff was friendly & welcoming. My room was spotless!

KKurzaIt’s great combination of price and quality. We like: 1) very quite rooms for nice sleep and 100% noise free despite location next to highway, 2) good hot water, which can be a problem in the country, but not in this hotel, 3) breakfast, which is not big, but has everything you need (check pictures), 4) friendly reception. Only problem was an elevator in the hotel (actually both elevators were problem), which wasn’t solved while our stay. Nice place!

* There are no buses from Guanajuato to BJX airport. Uber costs 400pesos. Take a bus to Silao(37 peso).

However, I booked a room with a kitchen, but there were no cooking utensils such as a knife, cutting board, or pot. When I requested a knife for cooking, I was given a meat-cutting knife instead.

Eestefania castilloThis place is superb. A hidden location wirh private gates, parking, beautiful rooms so spacious. Staff very friendly. I loved that thwy used Dove bodywash and shampoo. The pool is beautiful and a bar with drinks and buffet breakfast. I would 100% return to this hotel. My children loved it
