Hotel's location is very convenient, next to the station and lots of shops in nearby, including wide variety of restaurants.
Hotel room is spacious for a family of 3, comfortable
There is hot spring and you can go there anytime. Both indoor and outdoor, providing relaxing and refreshing choices
Hotel staff are very friendly, helpful and some of utilities are available in lobby for individual need
Here's part of the lobby, decorated with Christmas vibes
Older style but everything is well maintained just like most Japan hotel. Nothing to complaint about, just sleep over for us. But I imagine it’s very convenient as it’s at the JR station, we drove so it makes no difference but nearby parking isn’t as expensive as JR station in more developed city. Food option is plentiful nearby though so that’s great for late night supper.
Staff members were polite and helpful. A wide range of daily use items were available for guests including dripping coffee packs and warm pads.
Lawson convenient store is right across the street. The car park was big enough which included outdoor and indoor area.
Best part about this place: the very diverse, tasty breakfast. The worst part: tiny double beds. The location is fine being close to a small train station.
We’re a family travelling with 3 kids so we booked 2 corner rooms for the needed space.
1) We were given 2 corner rooms at opposite ends of the floor, so we had to walk up & down & up & down the corridor to pass stuff to one another, so that was a bit inconvenient. The hotel refused at first to give us a 2nd key card saying that only 1 is allowed.
2) The rooms were clean, the beds were comfy but the pillows were very flat, so we requested for more pillows but they still didn’t provide much support. There was an electric small leg massager in room.
3) The sink in the toilet was v low, so adults wld have to bend over a bit more. But bathing area & shower was spacious and comfortable.
4) Hotel location was right next to JR, and lots of food options so it was great as we didn’t do hotel breakfast. There is no drop off point for cars or taxis at the hotel as the hotel lobby is on 3rd floor of building.
5) We drove a 7 seater car(to accommodate luggages) so the roof was too high & had to be parked at a Times public carpark 2 mins away that we paid for.
6) All in all, a recommended hotel in Tokushima & we would return to stay again due to central location & shopping areas all reachable on foot.
Het is een geweldig hotel, het zelf heeft een parkeerplaats, en een waskamer, ga met vrienden naar De Island om te spelen. Er is veel lekkers in de buurt, zeer handig! Het is zeer aanbevolen om te blijven!
A really nice hotel that is near to Bizan ropeway and the Tokushima station! It is next to a local shopping mall with a big muji! Very friendly staff at the reception and breakfast restaurant! Would definitely stay here again if back to Tokushima!
Zeer goed

Amazing
GGuest UserA fantastic house, nickel facilities and high-quality all in an old house restored with great care.
The guest is a rare , gentle , very helpful bead and is able to make you care .
The place is just magic. !!! Thank you for everything .
MMeifeizhuThe room is quite spacious for a Japanese hotel. It's right next to the subway station, with a 7-Eleven downstairs and a bus stop. You can easily get to Osaka and Naruto whirlpools from here, which is super convenient.
GGuest UserA practical and unpretentious inn, although it does not have luxurious equipment, but feels the thoughtful care of the inn.
My family and I stayed at the end of February, and less than 1 minute after we arrived by car, the hostel staff ran down from the 2nd floor to help us transport our luggage to the reception on the 2nd floor. Soon the check-in procedures were completed at the front desk, the hostel staff also helped move the luggage while also carefully introduced the rooms and the facilities of the hostel, they understand English, communicate with them without difficulty.
The room is Japanese style with bathroom and other facilities. Since it is located in a mountainous area and the temperature is cold, there is a heater in addition to the air conditioner, so you are not afraid of getting cold.
The dining area is in another hut, where meals are normal, with fresh grilled river fish, tempura and other dishes.
The location is remote but not hard to find, but think twice if you don't have a drive.
FFairyflossA nice hotel conveniently located near the JR station with convenience stores and plenty of eateries nearby. It is also close to a mall where you can find local delicacies, including a food market in the basement. Paid parking is connected to the hotel and the staff can provide discounted parking rates which was a plus. The room was comfortable and clean, and the buffet breakfast was good with a decent selection. We arrived close to last order and they had already started clearing some of the food so it’s best to go early if you want to enjoy your meal at a more relaxed pace.
GGuest UserAs nice a hotel as anyone would want to stay in while visiting Tokushima on the island of Shikoku. Terrific service, clean facilities and room, an amazing bonus free onsen (hot springs), a very well equipped gym which is a bit rare in Japan and the property is located right in the middle of town next to the central train and bus stations. There are plenty of cafes, restaurants and bars in the neighbourhood as well as a shopping centre across the road and lot's of small shops nearby. Upon first arriving, the entrance is a little tricky to locate so be sure and follow the instructions that will come with the booking confirmation.
GGuest UserA very nice hot spring hotel nestled in the mountains, with Chinese-speaking staff making communication easy. The hotel's hot spring was quite interesting; you had to build a small train-like structure to go up the mountain and soak in it—very tranquil. The scenery was beautiful in spring and summer; I wonder if it's even more enchanting in winter. The cuisine included robatayaki (grilled skewers) and some local specialties. Coincidentally, the young man who served us was diligently learning Chinese and even explained the ingredients and preparation methods of each dish in Mandarin. The hotel also offered a free evening tour, driving everyone to see the vine bridge and waterfall. A very enjoyable trip.
GGuest UserOlder style but everything is well maintained just like most Japan hotel. Nothing to complaint about, just sleep over for us. But I imagine it’s very convenient as it’s at the JR station, we drove so it makes no difference but nearby parking isn’t as expensive as JR station in more developed city. GGuest UserThe front desk staff was very friendly and the parking lot was quite spacious with 7-Eleven across the street, so the location was good.
The boat dock where you can see the whirlpools of Naruto Bridge is about 12 to 15 minutes away by car, and in my case, the whirlpools came out once at 9:00 and once at 9:30 the next morning, so
I had to stay as close as possible.
If the whirlpools come out in the afternoon, it doesn't matter, but if you come out early in the morning, this accommodation seems to be the best place to stay considering the time.
HHappyaroundtheworldHotel is located near the art museum and next to a beautiful beach with a wonderful sea view. There are two onsen and both are good. And there are several restaurants serving Japanese and French cuisines. The prices are reasonable and we enjoyed a wonderful French Kaiseki. The resort is well managed and guests are warmly greeted and helped with luggage on arrival and departure. It’s highly recommended.
VVeniceThe hotel cleanliness is superb although is classis hotel, the hotel staffs are very polite and helpful. Very convenient location and there are many amenities are within walking distance.
