Het is gemakkelijk te bereiken vanaf het station, dus het is prima om met de Shinkansen ( ･∀･) te komen!!

"A delight to be able to stay in this wonderful property. The property is really new and still 'smells new' the highlight facilities are the shower-room next to the swimming pool and the gym. The shower-room is equiped is Dyson hair dryers and has 'unlimited towels' for use. The room is pretty large for japan standards and the parking here is a breeze. Highly recommend! Most shops and eatries are closeby and you can walk there, Donki (open 24 hours) is just about a 10-12 minute walk."

"Het hotel is nieuw en de kamers zijn groter dan in gewone hotels. De voordelen zijn dat de badkamers gescheiden zijn in natte en droge ruimtes, dat er gratis drankjes worden geserveerd in de lobby en dat het personeel vriendelijk is. Het enige nadeel is dat de kamer dagelijks schoongemaakt moet worden en dat de lobby hiervan op de hoogte moet worden gesteld. Ik vergat de lobby op de t****e dag van mijn driedaagse verblijf te informeren en de kamer werd niet schoongemaakt. Bovendien zijn er relatief weinig parkeerplaatsen voor zelfrijdende tours!"

"Very pleased with our stay here: nice room, larger than most, with a little desk/work area and a massage chair. Great shower, tub, toilet, sink combination room.
Easy location to station; dining choices at the station are many, many. Hail taxi at station is easier than from hotel.
Exercise room was big and beautiful but had treadmill, elliptical and a floor mat and that's all. They really need to add Swiss ball, a step-aerobics step (or two), a small rack of free weights and a couple benches, and a cable tower with attachments. Would be an exemplary fitness center!
I am glad we stayed here, would stay again and would recommend to others.

GGuest UserLocated in Hiroshima's bustling commercial district, this hotel is right next to the bus center and Kamiya-cho Sogo department store, making it super convenient for shopping and getting around. The rooms are spacious, bright, clean, and tidy, with pleasant views from the window. Highly recommended!

EEuonchThere was a crowd during check-in, but the hotel staff efficiently handed out queue numbers, allowing guests to wait comfortably on the sofas. The room I got was perfectly quiet, which was great! Since it's a business hotel with a high turnover, if you need to sleep in a bit later during the day, you can call the front desk beforehand to arrange a suitable room cleaning time. This way, you can get a better rest in the morning. Check-out is a bit early at 10 AM, but you can pay to extend it for ¥1,000 per hour. The hotel also has laundry machines and a public bath on the top floor, making it excellent value for money. The staff provided great service too. Highly recommended!

AAnonymous UserI really love this hotel! The breakfast spread is fantastic and includes local Hiroshima specialties. They also have a complimentary drink machine available from 2 PM to 11 PM. The room condition was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly. I highly recommend it! There's a large store nearby called Fuji Grand with a supermarket that's open until 11 PM, which is perfect for grabbing drinks and fruit after a day of sightseeing. If I had to pick a downside, it would be that it's a bit of a walk to the tram stop, and you need to take a bus to Hiroshima Station. However, if you're flexible with your time, you can actually walk to the downtown shopping street in just 10-15 minutes. I truly enjoyed my three-day stay here.

BBlueBulbInitially i wanted to book a hotel somewhere in the downtown. But the breakfast and the dinner here caught my eyes. Also the view of the inland islands.
I stayed 2 nights here, I came from Fukuoka where my plane landed. The taxi fare from hiroshima station to the hotel is about 3000-3500 yen.
There is free hotel shuttle bus but i did not take it. Also, there is public bus stopping right outside the hotel (which i found out later).
Though the hotel is old, it is well kept and clean.
The staff were very eager to assist the guests and there is always a smile on the face.
I was given the 17th floor facing east. But the morning sun was too bright. Though it didnt matter much to me.
Another reason i booked this hotel is they have speed boat counter for Miyajima island. I booked one way there as I have the JR pass for return and I have plans after.
One way ticket from hotel to Miyajima is 2400 yen and return is 4500 yen.
There is a convenience store in the hotel.
But I believe they closes at 2200.
Also, there is hot spring in the hotel.
There is a usage charge for it, but i do not recall the price as i did not use.
I went up to the bar on the 1st night. The view was great. Most importantly the price are reasonable too.
For both days, i ate at the chinese restaurant for breakfast.
1st day was Japanese breakfast set.
2nd day was Japanese buffet style breakfast.
They were delicious.
The western and Japanese buffet breakfast at the top floor were very crowded. But they had more selections.
For my return trip to Beppu, I used the concierge (bell desk) to send my big luggage to Fukuoka. The price was okay.
I took the hotel shuttle bus go Hiroshima station. It was a pleasant ride.
Do take note it is first come first serve and there’s a queue.
I will stay here again, should I come back to Hiroshima.

DDr.p3pp3rThe location of this hotel is excellent. It’s right next to Peace Memorial Park, directly behind the museum, in a quiet and pleasant area. It’s about a 3–5 minute walk from the tram stop and around 5 minutes to the main shopping street. If you get this hotel at a good price and only plan a short stay focused on the Peace Park, the location is definitely a plus.
The room itself, however, was extremely small. Seating was uncomfortable — only a small stool with no back, and in my case the screws were sticking out, making it unsafe and unpleasant to use. You are basically either on the bed or out of the room.
The biggest issue was severe condensation and dampness. The room had extreme moisture problems — water running down the walls and windows, and the bed and floor becoming damp overnight. I woke up with wet feet and later realised why. This is not normal condensation; it was excessive and clearly an ongoing issue. I raised this with the front desk when checking out, but it was brushed off. After contacting Trip.com with photos and videos, the hotel refused responsibility once I had checked out. Trip.com eventually offered partial compensation, but the hotel itself showed no accountability.
Because of this, I would not stay here again. I am not overly picky with hotels, but a damp room that can make guests sick is unacceptable.
Also, I do not recommend the breakfast. You receive a very small bento box with unclear contents and a bottled tea. For the price, you are far better off going to a nearby convenience store like Lawson.
Overall: great location, but poor room conditions and lack of responsibility from the hotel. There are better options in this area.

KKhabibov IlnurGreat room. It was clean and cozy. The staff were polite and friendly. Free coffee from a machine is available at the front desk. A 7-Eleven is conveniently located right next door. The room doesn't have wardrobes or much space for large suitcases, but it's perfectly fine for travelers with smaller luggage. The hotel offers two washing machines and two dryers; however, expect queues in the evenings, so doing laundry in the morning or afternoon is recommended. Overall, I have wonderful memories of my stay.

Amazing
XXiangdaorenStaying at Hotel Granvia Hiroshima again was definitely the right choice! The hotel has direct access to the station, making transportation incredibly convenient with many options available. Shopping and dining in the surrounding area are also super handy. The room I booked was quite good, with a spacious view. Both the hotel's breakfast buffet and the executive lounge's food were excellent! It was a very satisfying experience.

This was a harder resort to measure, luggage drop off was awkward and the decor is not to the cleanliness id like
That said this ryoukan is on a small island so perhaps its to standard.
What i can say is the room was large enough and the facilities included free yukata rentals, ramen at night and the Onsen view was perfect.
Location wise you are an 8 minute walk to the Torii Shrine but its a small island so wherever you book you wont be far from it.
I think with a refresh of the decor this could go from good to great
But dont expect spotless levels of clean.

LlkjidmThis was my second stay at a Livemax hotel, and it was excellent once again! This time, I chose the branch located in Funairi-machi.
The location is superb, conveniently close to both Funairi-machi Station (Line 6) and Komachi Station (Line 2). The surrounding area offers plenty of dining options, parks, beautiful river views, and even drugstores.
The service was good, and the facilities were comprehensive. I especially appreciated the large TV, which made for a very comfortable viewing experience.
The only minor drawback was that the duvet had a somewhat strange texture and wasn't as comfortable as I'd hoped. Aside from that, there's absolutely nothing to complain about. It's truly an unbeatable choice for anyone visiting Hiroshima!

The room is spacious, although it doesn’t have much of a view but it’s not big of an issue for us. The reception is on the third floor and there’s a separate elevator to go up to the guest rooms.
