We verbleven in een Club King-kamer en waren erg onder de indruk van het ontbijt en de afternoon tea. Je merkt echt de aandacht voor detail en de moeite die in het eten en de service is gestoken.
De hotelfaciliteiten zijn uitstekend en in combinatie met het prachtige uitzicht op de bergen was de algehele ervaring zeer ontspannend en aangenaam.
Het enige minpuntje was de geluidsisolatie van de kamer, want 's nachts was het geluid van de aangrenzende kamer behoorlijk merkbaar.

We hebben een zeer comfortabel verblijf gehad in Truntum Cihampelas. Ik wil graag mijn waardering uitspreken voor Dessi bij de receptie, die de kamer zo mooi heeft versierd. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk. Het ontbijt biedt van alles, van lokale tot westerse gerechten, en het dessert met sago en banaan was heerlijk. Er is ook jamu en er zijn diverse drankjes. Alles was prima. Een aanrader.

We really enjoyed our stay at Le Eminence Hotel. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The food at the restaurant for breakfast and meals was of a high standard. The location of the hotel provides wonderful views of the mountains, especially from the sky lounge. The hotel room was of a good size and it was great to relax on the balcony with amazing views of the hotels garden / grounds and the surrounding mountainside. It was also nice to have a morning stroll through the grounds

It was great for a short trip I guess. Quite unique I can say. Maybe for me who can’t really stay in small room, this is a bit too suffocating. The light wasn’t bright enough and toilet door wasn’t that sealed so if you go with Family, it’s kinda annoying. But maybe not gonna be an issue if we go with our couple.

niet blij met de receptioniste bij het inchecken, ik vind dat ze niet eerlijk zijn tegen de gasten, want voor het gebruik van de businesslounge zou slechts Rp 350 moeten worden betaald. 000 per persoon, maar ze dwingen me om een kamer te upgraden. Ook als ik extra water vraag via een rool-oproep, maken ze het moeilijk, mijn verzoek is alleen water, maar de service is niet zoals een vijfsterrenhotel

GGuest UserI recently stayed at Aryaduta Bandung and overall had a very pleasant experience. The hotel has a classic, elegant feel and is well-maintained, with a spacious lobby that gives a good first impression.
The room was comfortable and clean, with a nice view of the city. The bed was cozy and made it easy to rest after a full day of exploring Bandung. Amenities were adequate, and everything I needed was provided without issue.
The staff were polite, helpful, and professional throughout my stay. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient, which made the whole experience stress-free.
Breakfast had a good variety of local and international options. The taste was decent, and the dining area was comfortable even during busy hours.
Location-wise, the hotel is quite convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and shopping areas in Bandung.
Overall, Aryaduta Bandung offers good value for a comfortable and reliable stay. It may not be ultra-modern, but it delivers well on comfort, service, and convenience. I would consider staying here again for a future trip.

AAnonymous UserI had a really pleasant stay in the executive room at Verona Palace. The room was clean and well maintained, and the staff were helpful throughout my stay. The location is convenient, although it’s a bit tucked inside a small alley. Some amenities were quite basic, slippers were only available upon request, there was shampoo but no conditioner, and no tissue in the toilet but it didn’t take away from the overall experience. What I loved most was how spacious the room was, along with the view overlooking the futsal field and the Bandung sky. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back again whenever I’m in Bandung :)

JjetlaggerCrowne Plaza Bandung was a pleasant stay for few nights. Room was ok, but felt rather noisy with the ubiquitous noisy motorcycle mufflers filtering into the room all night. Double glazing/noise reduction glass appears to be lacking. Windows need a thorough clean as well as the room carpets looking rather dirty in parts.
On a positive note, bed is comfortable, location is favourable and all hotel staff interactions were friendly, helpful and polite.
Special mention to the restaurant manager whom graciously assisted in offering and delivering a special delicious healthy juice to my table at breakfast over several days. Breakfast in the restaurant had a fresh and extensive variety of delicious local Indonesian dishes as well as the usual western staples.
Our room was conveniently located on the Executive Lounge floor which was a spacious and relatively quiet to enjoy the evening canapés and drinks. Another special mention to Faisal for his kind assistance with our train tickets and all of the obliging staff in the Lounge fulfilling my multiple coffee and drinks requests. Pool on level 5 was inviting for a swim with a pleasant view over city and towards mountains.
All of the concierge and door attendants were very helpful as well as the special service assisting to cross the busy road outside hotel was appreciated.

GGuest UserThe hotel provides excellent service in every aspect. All the staff are being very nice, friendly, and helpful from the very start we came until we left the hotel.
In addition, I took a note about the water when having a breakfast, the next day the representative approached me and showed some gratitude for filling the survey and gave me complimentary cake.
It was the cake I love that I mentioned before.
Thank you to Mr. Lucky & all the F&B staff for the nice gesture.
And for the hotel itself, the atmosphere, location, food - everything was great! Will definitely come back another day. Keep up the good work! 😊

GGuest UserThe hotel is in a really good area on busy Braga Street. There's a lot to do and see in the area. The hotel pool is also a plus and a fun place to hang out and see the sunset. However the rooms are a bit dated and cleanliness could be improved a bit. There's also a problem with noise as many guests like to be loud in the hallways very early in the morning. Overall a good place to stay although a bit on the expensive side.

GgoldenspringOverall, we enjoyed our stay. It’s quite compact and convenient for a family vacation: you can see animals, watch shows, and enjoy activities all within the area without needing to go elsewhere.
It’s especially suitable if you have a small baby like us. Bringing a baby to the bigger Taman Safari might be overwhelming, so this feels like a good “starter pack” to still create memories. I’d recommend coming in the morning before check-in, enjoying the facilities, staying overnight, and going to the pool again in the morning before check-out—perfect for a short escape.
One thing I wish was different is that some rides still require additional payment. It’s not expensive, but that’s exactly why it feels like it should be included for hotel guests. Paying extra on top of the room rate makes it feel a bit petty.
We stayed at the Leopard Hotel, and unfortunately, the walls were quite thin. We could hear noise from the next room (including loud music) and from the hallway, which was not ideal since we have a baby who naps during the day. Considering the price, the room experience didn’t feel optimal.
On the positive side, we visited during Ramadan and the staff were very accommodating. They woke us up for sahur via phone call and even provided a wara-wiri car pickup. When we booked buka puasa at the restaurant, they kindly gave us a table near the aquarium, our baby loved it.
Overall, despite a few drawbacks, it was still an okay experience for us.

GGuest UserOur honeymoon stay at Swiss-Belresort Dago Heritage from March 31 to April 2, 2026, was nothing short of perfection. From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we felt the warm hospitality that Bandung is famous for.
1. The Room (Room 306 - A Must-Request!)
Following some recommendations I saw on social media, I specifically requested Room 306 on the 3rd floor, and the hotel was kind enough to fulfill it. The highlight of this room is undoubtedly the breathtaking view of the Dago Heritage Golf Course. Waking up to the misty green valley right from our bed was magical. But the real ”showstopper” is the bathtub. Soaking in the tub while overlooking the lush greenery was the ultimate relaxation experience. The room was spotless, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities were complete.
2. Exceptional Service & Honeymoon Arrangement
I had been in coordination with the reservation team (shout out to Ms. Ririk!) weeks before our arrival. They were very responsive and helpful. Upon entering the room, we were greeted with a lovely honeymoon setup that made my partner, Ayu, very happy. The staff throughout the hotel—from the front desk to the restaurant—were polite, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile.
3. Facilities & Dining
The infinity pool is a dream! Even though Dago can be chilly, the water temperature was comfortable enough for a morning swim. As for the breakfast, the variety was impressive—ranging from traditional Indonesian dishes to international selections. Everything tasted fresh and high-quality.
4. Location
Located in the upscale Dago Pakar area, the hotel offers a serene atmosphere away from the city's traffic, yet it’s still very close to famous cafes and nature spots like Tahura and Tebing Keraton.
Verdict:
If you are looking for a romantic getaway or a peaceful staycation in Bandung, look no further. This hotel offers the best value for money with views you won't find anywhere else. We will definitely be coming back!

At first, it raised some doubts, but upon arrival, the concept of the hotel as a hidden getaway became clear. The property and parking area are spacious, and the cool, windy atmosphere is definitely a positive aspect.
That said, the room experience did not fully align with the price point or the expectations of a four-star hotel. The deluxe room felt rather small, with very limited space for praying. Several basic details were also missing or poorly maintained: a broken bedside table that was only available on one side, no toothbrush cup or hand soap in the bathroom, and an overall interior that felt dated, with peeling paint visible in several areas, including the room door. The door lock also did not feel particularly secure, which affected comfort.
When I raised these issues and requested a room change, the front desk staff responded promptly and moved me to a better room. This quick response is appreciated. However, the explanation given suggested a lack of internal coordination, particularly between housekeeping and the sales team, which ideally should be better managed.
On the positive side, the Wi-Fi connection was fast and reliable. Dinner at the restaurant was acceptable—nothing outstanding, but satisfactory. There are limited activities available for adults, and due to the hotel’s secluded location, guests should plan their own transportation. Ride-hailing services and taxis are available, but waiting times can be longer because of how hidden the hotel is.
Overall, the hotel offers a calm environment, a large property, and pleasant weather. However, in terms of room size, basic amenities, and interior condition, the experience feels closer to a 3.5-star hotel rather than a full four-star standard. With better room maintenance and attention to small but important details, this hotel could significantly improve the guest experience.
